Do not rent from them
First off I moved in in a apartment that was not ready yet. They charge you for things that they didn't fixed. Also other people use your address because the addresses are so confusing. You have to pay for mail box key. My overall stay was so uncomfortable and not worth it

great for the price
We have lived at the Broadmoor apartments for many years now. We love the management and maintenance staff here. The maintenance man does everything in his power to make the tenants feel comfortable. We plan to live here for many years to come.

Not bad!
Other than the apartments being a little small, the place is absolutely terrific! Every time I had a problem, I went down to the office and told them and it was fixed right away! The management is very helpful and friendly. A few things were broken when we moved in which is why they lose a star. Other than that, no real complaints. :)
