Property Ratings at Broadmoor Park Tower
Back in early 2023 the worst of the issues here was the fact of cockroaches and other bugs all over the place. New management has taken a bigger step down and is breaking basic tenant rights by consistently barring people from having hot water despite being fined for it. I couldn’t tell you how many cold showers I’ve had to take. Now they refuse to help out with any maintenance requests you need. Good luck if you ever have a nasty neighbor because they will be sure to do nothing about it, and the cops won’t be of any help either. If you work nights find any other complex because there will never be parking with all the parties that go on and guests constantly over with no reserved spaces. I would at this point rather be homeless or live out of my car than rent here ever again.
Been here since mid 2017, thought it was a great deal. Now I now why. We have cockroaches CONSTANTLY from “source apartments” aka dirty tenants. Vehicles stolen and broken into in the parking lot. Sketchy people in the hallways and parking area. Was told they’d change locks for safety reasons but never have. The one and only redeeming quality is Dennis the maintenance man, he’s great. Everything else here is an absolute dirty joke. Spend the extra $100 a month for a quality apartment. I’m not a bitter tenant, I do my due diligence and take reviews with a grain of salt, but this is something I just can no longer keep to myself.
This apartment is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. It's tucked away in a spot that is easy to get to, but not near the hustle and bustle of the highway. The staff is friendly and very willing to help with whatever maintenance you might need. The building is not easily accessible for people who do not live there. However, this building is handicap accessible and it's well worth the price.
