The city is considered an economic and cultural hub of the region, and it is the county seat of Spokane County. It is very close to Fairchild AFB, Northern Quest Resort and Casino, and Spokane International Airport.

Property Ratings at Broadmoor
Living there wasn’t so bad, aside from the overpriced rent. The move out process, however, has been the worst thing imaginable. It is currently August 2nd and I moved out in April… I have yet to receive my security deposit they owe me and my roommate worth 1400+ dollars. They have said in writing multiple times that they have sent the check in the mail, but when I call and ask I am told that it will be sent soon or sent with the next batch.. it’s a different answer every time. Not only that, upon move out the management never cancelled their end of utilities, so I’ve been getting charged for months for an apartment I don’t live in or have access to. I called the utilities company and they confirmed it is on the landlord to cancel and backdate. When I called asking them to backdate it, they said they thought my roommate had stayed in the apartment after I moved out?? We both moved out on the same day back in April. In addition, when I did move out, they locked me out 8 hours early making it impossible to get a hold of my belongings left in the apartment until the next week (I moved out on a Friday). This typically wouldn’t be such an issue, but the fact is it is near impossible to get them on the phone, and when they do answer, it is near impossible to get answers. At this point I am considering legal help to get my money back they owe me. Do not move in here, it is not worth dealing with this joke of a management team. You are literally better off calling the maintenance number, at least he is nice and answers his phone.

I love the location of the Broadmoor. I love the staff here and I love that we have a gym without paying extra for it. Although that's all great, the parking is too expensive as well as the pet fee but I guess this is about averages. Yes, it's expensive to live here but seems about average for the area. I definitely pay too much in rent as I'm paying just as much as people with remodeled apartments and mine hasn't been updated in years. There's a great patio and balcony overlooking the river. I have an amazing view but that's not the norm for most apartments I don't think. I've lived here for three building owners and some really trash management. Owners now are an LLC so they don't seem to care about us as humans but the management, Chelsea and Erin (spelling is wrong) are fantastic. Building maintenance, Paul and Kevin, are also amazing. All of my requests are dealt with promptly.

The maximum characters here allowed in this box wont do this place JUSTICE. I'll write more reviews on all of the available review websites. The customer entry into this location was quick, ordered, and precise. Yes, you owe them money but guess what, you're rewarded with an AMAZING building to live in, with a GREAT location. The staff, and maintenance personnel here are underrated. They are accommodating, quick, and kind in the services they provide. If there is a higher order of accommodation from Avenue5 that you desire, it takes longer, duh. Id live here as long as possible and build a network with them as long as they would let me. The hallways and social areas are new, and improving, new daily. Hence the tag, " rent from them now". Get in while you can, this is an up and coming building under renovation. If they turned all of these units into condos, they would be sold at 300-800k Per unit. Don't miss out on the opportunity to lives seconds from Browns and Downtown. Easy access to all major highway systems, and subsections of the greater Spokane area. The nightlife pours into the area but not obstructively. There is silence, and minimal road noise like you live in the country. I get 1.4 Gig and Higher Internet Here, its perfect for any artist. Speaking of Art, they reside 20 Feet From the Renowned Northwest Museum Of Arts and culture. This place is a Gem, and i've lived ALL over Spokane, Coeur D' Alene, and the adjacent Available Networks of high rise buildings, including 700 W 7th, In downtown Spokane, Riverfront Property in Post Falls ID, and High Rise Lake view Property on 1st ST in CDA. This place has a 4th Floor tower View Of The Spokane River. Viewable for everyone, From their recently renovated Deck overlook, and their entire Parking lot. Trust me, if you want under market price, with all available accommodations, this is the place you need, and want. I am not paid or coerced to write this message, I Simply love this place, and want to see it flourish and become a dedicated staple of Spokane. Overpriced for what you are getting. Cabinets didn’t have doors for the first two months I lived there. Everything breaks easily due to poor conditions and there’s no dishwasher in the unit. It is definitely not worth the continued raise in rent they are charging.

The leasing process has never been easier, while also being very informative. Move in was a little difficult because of the parking, stairs, and long hallways. But, once you get past that, the apartment and complex are lovely. The package locker and bike rooms are big bonuses that I’ve never seen in other local apartments. 4.8/5 stars, in my personal opinion.

The staff at Broadmoor are all very kind and helpful, especially the management team. The location is amazing - it's located in a very nice area of Browne's Addition and is less than a 5 minute drive to the freeway and downtown. Most of the units are being renovated, but the older units that are still present are quite outdated. The units are not up to par for how much you are paying, however, you are paying the premium to live at this location.

These are quiet apartments overlooking the Spokane river. The Management team, Chelsie and Savannah, are very responsive & proactive in solving any problem you may have. The maintenance guys are on site constantly and fix issues promptly. They are renovating and making upgrades to cabinets, flooring, etc. making this place look more modern. The Apartments are close to shopping and the bus stops outside the front of building, while there is a butterfly MX security system to enter the premises for safety. There is a Fitness Center, laundry onsite, and it’s animal friendly! Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience while we save for our house.

Very impressed with the recent remodel of the apartments as well as all the employees that work to keep our building clean and secured. The secured entry is my favorite thing about living here as I have NEVER felt safer in an apartment.
The Broadmoor apartments is located so close to everything but still maintains a quiet elegance. The management staff is professional and so helpful.

Basic hotel like apartments nothing more nothing, a bit overpriced for the appliances and issues it has. Good if your in school or have no other choice, other then that look else where.

The location is decent, and the overall apartments are livable, but I dont feel its worth the price. Especially considering theres no dishwasher, or in-apartment laundry machines.

The Broadmoor apartments are located right by the Spokane River and close to some lovely walking trails. Easy access to downtown Spokane and STA stops. Only a few blocks from a Rosauers. A cozy complex indeed, with a bike storage room, an elevator, laundry facility, and a workout room. If you pay extra, you might score a personal parking spot off of the street.
