Property Ratings at Broadridge Flats and Townhomes
Great rental community in a tranquil setting. The private yards are awesome and the management team takes really good care of the community.
The apartment has a lot of room. There are small yards as well that are very nice. Although it is very hard to get any one to fix any thing.
