Living at Broadstone Berry Hill has been amazing so far! I moved from out of state, and Hannah was extremely helpful throughout the process between providing a virtual tour of my apartment and answering any questions I had regarding my lease. The location is awesome - only 10-15 minutes away from downtown even with traffic, close to shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and conveniently walking distance to the soccer stadium. Gated parking garage is super nice to have, plus the building isn't completely full so there are plenty of parking spots. They offered 10 weeks free free parking for a year, which is saving me some money at least for the first year. Overall, it's been a great experience!

A great place to live! Close to basically anything you want to do. Because of the location you don’t have to take congested highways to get from one area of Nashville to another. A great place to live if you have a dog, because it’s right across the street from a dog park. Alec & the rest of the leasing team are very friendly and knowledgeable and help you very quickly! I am very pleased with my choice to lease with Broadstone Berryhill.

The staff here is amazing! They are very kind, approachable, and always willing to answer questions. The property is beautiful and this is a perfect location to live!
