I’ve been here almost 2 years. My only complaint is the parking garage. People be speeding other than that everything’s good. The floor & area I live in is quiet never have problems with my neighbors either.

I applied here and got denied which is not the problem. They sent me a link for my refund which did not work and when I called the office they kept saying the manager would call me back. It was two weeks of me calling and them saying she was “busy” and would call back. Then I called one day they said the manager put in the request for the link to be sent and she didn’t call me because she did not have to tell me that. Then proceeded to hang up in my face. The girl I that works in the leasing office is EXTREMELY rude and the manager does not do her job at all I wouldn’t recommend.
Love the peace and quiet. The maintenance staff is awesome and the leasing staff friendly. Have been here going on 3 years and it is getting better
The Office leasing agents are always nice and helpful. Maintenance responds fast and the landscaping is always nice. The neighbors are always nice and respectfully quiet.

I love the community here! everyone is so sweet and caring! the front office is always on top of everything! they handle the situation then! I love that work orders get done same day!
I pay extra to live on the first floor and have a yard, but the landscaping company continually skips our complex and my yard is constantly overgrown. It has now been 3 weeks since they mowed and the grass and weeds in my yard are over a foot high. I have a small dog and she does not like walking through it every time I have to let her out. It also makes the mosquitoes and fleas worse. I was told they will definitely come mow this week. We’ll see.
Good community, multiple amenities, relaxed for the most part. Diverse community with a decent view. Close to the freeway so that’s cool as well.
I lived here about 4 years now. All I can say is the property has gone down. The only reason I stayed that long was because of my apartment is facing the trail, where I am able to walk after work and it is quiet. When I said it has gone down, the tenant that they let lease this apartment does not care about this apartment. The garbage can by the door is always full, disgusting. The trash chute always out of control. Your package will get stolen after Fetch delivered leave it on your front door. The parking is always full. Elevator smells and dog poops are everywhere on the back of the apartment. Traffic has gone bad just to get out of the apartment takes minimum of 10 to 15 mins. For the price, high ceiling, it is a reasonable price, but quality of this apartment has gone down.
I love my apartment and the property!!! I think in all my years of apartment living this property manager is the best! Kayla is great and the staff she has supporting her is good!
Everyone I’ve spoken with has been accommodating and courteous. Community is safe and amenities are nice.
When you come home and feel that peace in your home, it means that you are in a good place.
The apartments are large and beautiful and very well kept, residents are nice and so is office staff, and the community feels safe other than people speeding through the parking garage.

My stay at these apartments has been anything but smooth from day one. The office claims that a complete walk through procedure is done before keys are given to tenants but as is the case with everything I needed done, NOTHING gets done. Imagine my surprise of walking to my apartment and finding holes on the wall, broken faucet, broken toilet, broken microwave, etc. I expressed my concerns with the office that this unit was given to me with all these flaws as it was clear as day that no one bothered to look at the unit before releasing it to me. The inconvenience of having to postpone my move having had used personal time off from work for a unit that was not indeed ready to be moved into. When I did finally move in, more and more issues arose as the pictures attached below will show my frustration as to nothing being done within weeks of moving in. It sums up every work order that I ever submitted to a point that I honestly was counting down the days that my lease was up and as a result, I became content with something I knew was not right. This apartment complex flooded during Harvey and I can speak from personal experience from staying on a first floor unit that it is evident that the damage this place endured did not get addresed accordingly. If you’re sensitive to poor air quality as I am then you know the symptoms all too well(severe headaches, shortness of breath, and constant fatigue). The apartments of course will deny mold but it is the common denominator for how my was body was prior moving in, during my year lease, to now that I am no longer a tenant there. Lastly, Trucks and Cars are being broken into on an every day basis. As you can expect from my comment above the apartment complex knows about this problem, as it was one of my primary concerns when moving in. I was given reassurance that measures were being taken to deter criminal activity on the property. I completely understand that this is an issue everywhere but to witness in a span of a year numerous trucks being stolen from the property as well as my car getting broken into speaks for itself the constant activity that goes on here. I provided the office with the police report they requested and never got a follow up nor any concern for the safety of their very own tennants. It would be a disservice to recommend these apartments to anyone.

Theyve covered mold with paint over in my apartment and I’ve had horrible headaches and fatigue which is very concerning ! Also got my car broken into they never bothered to send me any video of the incident after I provided the police report , but they’re quick to send an email about the trash valet rules - mold is reappearing in my apartment but have continuously taken pictures of its progress inside and outside in the hallways

In September, service was provided and no growth was found. The areas of concern were cleaned and painted due to dust/dirt stains. Hello, I’ve lived here for 6 months and I can honestly say it’s been a bad experience and it’s not a safe complex. Some residents informed me that there was a car stolen in the garage a few months ago. Then my car got broken into at the start of the new year and I’m going into 4 weeks now and the office has yet to give me a solution and are giving me the runaround, giving me excuses anytime I come in to ask for an update. It even went as far as them losing my info about the initial report of the accident and had to take my information again 2 weeks later. And I’m not the only person who’s car has been broken into in this complex. I recommend finding a different apartment complex and staying away from this one. Now I’m in my last month living here and I’m honestly glad to be leaving these apartments where I don’t feel safe.
Monica in the management office is always respectful and courteous however it’s seems that the office is not concerned about severity of this flooding and how inconvenient this is to us two days before Christmas. We would understand if we just wanted to move just because but since our living room is going to be under construction for a couple of weeks at the least. We feel that it’s only right to waive the transfer fee so that we can try to salvage our Christmas and try to go back to some sense of normalcy.

Loved how beautifully the apartment was built. Also loved the amenities included, like bike racks, elevators, swimming pools, outdoor grills, gym with state-of-the-art equipment. Proximity to I-10 and a park for walking, biking, jogging or other activities.

Thus apartment complex is the worst place I have lived at so far. Management/staff are not inviting, they never respond to your concerns, and do not care for the well being of the residents while living here especially contacting them multiple times. you have to remind the staff to have pest control to come every month, but yet we pay for it every month automatically. There is a huge file problem that I am currently dealing with and so far, I have seen spiders, slurs, mosquitoes & a dead roach in my place. I keep my place as clean as possible too. i can’t wait to leave & I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy.

If you like communicating with the front office don’t move in here. Honestly so much stuff went wrong in the 12 months I was there and couldn’t wait to get out. First month in fridge leaked and ruined the floors that they never fixed and said don’t worry we’ll see it when you move out. There was several problems when I’d ask maintenance it’d take 2-3 weeks. My fridge took this long to fix which is why the floors were ruined. Made 5 requests for light bulbs since the ceilings were high and not normal light bulbs and never got it replaced. They had several issues while I was on premises that we would get emails for and when trying to follow up for questions there’s no response. The most annoying thing that happened is someone came in to work on my balcony and stole my college class ring. The front office completely ignored this. Unfortunately I have a camera pointed at the direction and was unable to prove it. My class ring was always sat on the same spot and after they worked in my 1apartment for a day it was gone. If you want a daily headache then this is the spot for you. Better off getting a tent and setting that mfer up under the freeway. I sent them an email about the new fridge having a hole in the bottom that they have now charged me for after moving out. Forwarded their accounts department their email and they just sent me a picture of the hole. So now I’m being charged for broken items that they gave me and have email evidence but they’re still denying. 10/10 Do not recommend. ***** They also have not been able to provide the move in condition report that I signed and turned in on move in.

We are definitely not happy to be living in this community, it has been so disappointed. I lot of thefts been happening next to our doors, cars wheels stolen. Work order/maintenance always delayed and half way completed. Poor experience.

Broadstone is a beautiful and youthful community. They lack in the communication area with their residents and can be hard to each but once you have made contact they are always doing the best they can to help you. I have had a great experience thus far and hope the next year goes well!

Not what I expected at all! Expected luxury and got 'wannabe'. Office very non-responsive to emails or messages. Manager is non-existent. Never once responded to an issue and when I send directly to his attention. Maintenance issues can take up to a week to get done, and then may not be done correctly. Dirty, nasty stairwells are NEVER, EVER cleaned. Garbage in parking garages. Carpeted hallways rarely get vacuumed. Gym is a joke. Broken machines, missing parts, missing most of the dumbbells at this point. Broken locks and doors all over the property and at least 12 doors that I can think of that the locks are broken and you can just enter the building at any time with no key fob needed. So much for security. Extremely rude and noisy neighbor that they do nothing about even though he consistently breaks the rules. You may get run over and in the parking garage as everyone seems to think you need to drive like a racecar driver in there. Very disappointed. Was looking for a home for a number of years and hate to move again, but most likely will not renew my lease here. Horrible. And btw...brought every one of these points to management attention multiple times, so not like I haven't tried. They just don't care.

Very briefly I began with a wonderful experience at Broadstone Energy Park. The decline was rapid and the main culprit is the staff. Many issues build up from being an annoyance to complete disregard from the staff. You will often see upset guest who will warn you not to move there because the experience was so bad.

Management and staff need customer service training, leadership training as the attitudes and unfriendliness is disrespectful. Theyre nice once you 1st sign the lease then they get distant and nasty!

Just moved cross country and I like it here. The community has choices of activities, swimming pools(2), grill spots etc... also a bike trail just behind the building. Maintenance is trying to keep up with residents need. Alison, Monica & Mariana at leasing office been really helpful. So far I'm okay and no issues... waiting on my keyfob
