I’ve had the pleasure of attending the Trivia Night and Saturday Yoga and both were amazing. I really appreciate the work that Don and Sara have done to host these events and others. They both have been so caring and friendly to me. As a senior, these new friendships and the special community programming has made this an easy transition. Living in this community feels like home!

I am very happy living here at Broadstone Junction. I’ve lived here for 2.5 years so far and have never had an issue with anything. Staff is great, maintenance is quick, and residents are friendly. It’s a clean and quiet place to live.

The community is peaceful and friendly with a strategic location to all commuters and close to a punch of restaurants , coffee shops and other entertainment and sporting places..

I love it here at Broadstone Junction Norcross. It is quiet, peaceful, and lovely. I enjoy the cleanliness and I like all of my neighbors. I even enjoy the occasional sound of the train!

If you’re looking for a beautiful community that’s quiet, it’s accessible to 85 and 285, the staff is excellent. Also, it’s walking distance to downtown Norcross with restaurants and shops. Oh, I forgot to mention that there’s 2 big parks and doing the summer, they have the best concerts. Yeah, you would enjoy living here. Stop by and check it out.

This is a great place to live! Everyone is so nice. The maintenance crew are always helpful and prompt. This place is very dog friendly. Norcross is a quick walk with lots of places to eat and shop!

Management continues to make this a premier proeprty with their attention to detail and overall quality of service plus maintenance issues are hendled in a timely profestional manner. Thanks to our apartment life couple for continuing to create fun ways to create community!

I really enjoy living here. The people are nice and the community is safe. I like the events too. Nothing to really complain about. My only issue is that the pool is closed far too often.

Broadstone Junction is a hidden gem in the renting universe. There are evil properties out there and BSJ isn't one of those. Appreciate their product and humane treatment to its residents!

I would give a higher rating, but they cannot seem to get the pool to remain open. Closed way too often and not communicating well about timeline for reopening.

I've lived here for about two years now and have not had any major issues. My only complaints would be the responsiveness of some of the office staff and the limited non-gated parking options for guests and residents. Apartments are a bit pricey for what they are. Other than that, the grounds are well-maintained and the custodial staff is amazing! Maintenance requests are resolved quickly. Overall, it has been a good and comfortable experience

I absolutely love Broadstone Junction. It feels like its own community being that it’s walking distance from downtown Norcross. The property is quiet, even though trains pass by a few times out of the day, it’s never bothersome. Management goes above and beyond to make sure the property is clean. They’re prompt with responding to maintenance requests and management always try their best to accommodate everyone. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage space. All appliances are up-to-date and taken care of. The management team is top tier! They’re very knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to your concerns and go above and beyond for their tenants.

Broadstone is walking distance to downtown Norcross that has plenty of restaurants and activities everywhere!! We love it here! The neighbors are very kind.

Great communal areas, always clean and so inviting. I love the little decorating touches, especially the twinkle lights. Such a beautiful space.

I love these apartments and the location, with one exception. The train, everything else about these apartments is great. The staff are friendly and keep the place clean, the trash is well maintained. The apartment is beautiful and offers a lot of space for the price. Ultimately we made the decision to not renew our lease due to the train that runs constantly.

Such great agents. It felt as if I was welcomed with open arms. I knew from my first tour that this would be the place I’d want to stay at for a while. Such beautiful scenery. And the neighbors are very nice. The nightlife is the best with the lights that turn on. And I can’t forget about the historic norcross area nearby. Great amenities too, I love the gym.

I have enjoyed living at Broadstone, but the first two months sleeping here were always interrupted by the trains. Parking for guests is often inconvenient. Overall it’s been very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The common areas are kept clean, and the landscaping is lovely.

I just signed my 2nd lease here! Besides the lack of parking near the 3000 building I really don’t have any complaints. I believe we need car decals that indicate which building you live in so that we (3000) bldg get our parking back.

Broadstone Junction offers a great location and great looking apartments. Perfect mix of city and small town life.
