I am very happy living here at Broadstone Junction. I’ve lived here for 2.5 years so far and have never had an issue with anything. Staff is great, maintenance is quick, and residents are friendly. It’s a clean and quiet place to live.
The community is peaceful and friendly with a strategic location to all commuters and close to a punch of restaurants , coffee shops and other entertainment and sporting places..

If you’re looking for a beautiful community that’s quiet, it’s accessible to 85 and 285, the staff is excellent. Also, it’s walking distance to downtown Norcross with restaurants and shops. Oh, I forgot to mention that there’s 2 big parks and doing the summer, they have the best concerts. Yeah, you would enjoy living here. Stop by and check it out.

This is a great place to live! Everyone is so nice. The maintenance crew are always helpful and prompt. This place is very dog friendly. Norcross is a quick walk with lots of places to eat and shop!

I really enjoy living here. The people are nice and the community is safe. I like the events too. Nothing to really complain about. My only issue is that the pool is closed far too often.
Great community all around. 100% recommend. Quick responses and attention to detail from management and maintenance. Very clean and vibrant atmosphere, great distance to restaurants and parks as well.
Been here for 4 years and overall it is a great place for apartment living. I enjoy the security of the building and the unit itself fits well into my needs.

Broadstone Junction is a hidden gem in the renting universe. There are evil properties out there and BSJ isn't one of those. Appreciate their product and humane treatment to its residents!

I would give a higher rating, but they cannot seem to get the pool to remain open. Closed way too often and not communicating well about timeline for reopening.
The service team are quick in responding to my request
I've lived here for about two years now and have not had any major issues. My only complaints would be the responsiveness of some of the office staff and the limited non-gated parking options for guests and residents. Apartments are a bit pricey for what they are. Other than that, the grounds are well-maintained and the custodial staff is amazing! Maintenance requests are resolved quickly. Overall, it has been a good and comfortable experience
I absolutely love Broadstone Junction. It feels like its own community being that it’s walking distance from downtown Norcross. The property is quiet, even though trains pass by a few times out of the day, it’s never bothersome. Management goes above and beyond to make sure the property is clean. They’re prompt with responding to maintenance requests and management always try their best to accommodate everyone. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage space. All appliances are up-to-date and taken care of. The management team is top tier! They’re very knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to your concerns and go above and beyond for their tenants.

I love these apartments and the location, with one exception. The train, everything else about these apartments is great. The staff are friendly and keep the place clean, the trash is well maintained. The apartment is beautiful and offers a lot of space for the price. Ultimately we made the decision to not renew our lease due to the train that runs constantly.

I've just signed my second year lease with Broadstone Junction, I enjoyed living here. Such great agents. It felt as if I was welcomed with open arms. I knew from my first tour that this would be the place I’d want to stay at for a while. Such beautiful scenery. And the neighbors are very nice. The nightlife is the best with the lights that turn on. And I can’t forget about the historic norcross area nearby. Great amenities too, I love the gym.

I have enjoyed living at Broadstone, but the first two months sleeping here were always interrupted by the trains. Parking for guests is often inconvenient. Overall it’s been very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The common areas are kept clean, and the landscaping is lovely.

I just signed my 2nd lease here! Besides the lack of parking near the 3000 building I really don’t have any complaints. I believe we need car decals that indicate which building you live in so that we (3000) bldg get our parking back.

Overpriced- particularly with the add-on expenses (water, concierge, etc.); can/will more than likely lease a larger space without all the community disturbances within the overall complex. Also, the excessive mandatory maintenance calls interferes with privacy, comfort and safety.

Ive had a great experience so far at Broadstone Junction. The leasing team, DeMille, Lauren and Nick have been very knowledgeable and informative of any of my questions or concern. The location and apartments are beautiful. Its a nice community to live in.

The walls are very thin. The kitchen/living area is on the other side of the neighbors bedroom. All night long you hear cabinets and doors slamming. You hear neighbors conversations echoing. The train comes every 15 mins throughout the day/night. The office tells you they spoke to the neighbors about the loud noise after hours, but the problem persists. Don't let the exterior fool you. This place is no different than 2 star properties.

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you, this place can be a nightmare. 1. Their pet restrictions are horrible. I’ve seen large dogs in these massively small apartments. You can complain about the noise but they will do NOTHING about it. 2. The walls are extremely thin, like you can hear the person snoring upstairs thin. That is really really bad. 3. Seems there has been a management change and man you can tell!!! Greystar and these new managers will not do anything for you. Systematic and will just take your money but they gives no craps about their tenants. 4. Also their has been car break ins in the parking lots. Those gates do absolutely nothing and just recently they (Greystar) posted a sign stating their cameras cannot be used for surveillance for any robberies. That’s really suspect!!! I plan on moving out of here soon but just a warning, don’t be fooled by the pretty exterior!
