I have lived here for the past five years. Overall a good place to live and it’s close to my job and parents. I plan on staying here a while longer.
Initially, the experience of staying here was good. Now it's not so good. Some of the apartments which are old are in bad condition. Microwave which is a basic thing is now there and a few more things are not okay. The maintenance staff is good. Ashley in the office is nice. She takes quick action and I love her for what she does. So far not so happy with the apartment here.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived. This is great, especially for the UH and UTHSCSA workers because all are within walking distance, and it is more convenient to live here than to pay for parking and look for a spot every day. We have everything we need such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gated access, and plenty of parking spots. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially residents and med students. The staff are very nice, too.

These apartments are cheaply made and you will get little to no help from staff in office. The apartments are filled with roaches and yet you pay for pest control every month. Don’t move here!!

Website pictures do not accurately reflect the look of the actual community or exterior of the buildings. No one pics up after their pets and it’s noticeable. Other than the location and that so far I have seen no crime around my area I have nothing outstanding or noteworthy to say about this apartment. You can get more for your money elsewhere.

Broadstone on Medical is a okay complex to live at. The pricing of this place and the privacy that other residents have is great. The pool and gym area are amazing and the office staff is also very nice. It just seems like when things come about maintenance it doesn’t particularly get taken care of, and this is very stressful and what is making the living situation upsetting. It is obvious that this complex is of older nature therefore I don’t expect things to be perfect. But when it comes to things like air conditioning, water, electricity. I think these things need to be taken more into consideration and with priority. Our ac unit has not been working properly all summer and I really do believe it needs to be replaced with a new one or a professional ac technician needs to look at it.

I have been dealing with the office staff for months now with multiple ongoing issues. They are aware of the confirmed black mold that is in my apartment, and the leaky plumbing in the building where I live. The unit itself is pretty mediocre in quality, there were several things wrong with immediately upon move in. I have also had water leaking from my ceiling 3 times in one month, they have "fixed" problem yet it continued to happen multiple times. The water damage has caused mold to grow in the ceiling and AC vents. Dealing with the office staff is unpleasant, they are unprofessional and when you are able to get them to come fix things that are wrong, the make a mess, show up with no masks or shoe covers and do not conduct business. They have an immaculate front office that does not resemble the units they put tenants in and office staff will sell you an apartment with friendly service and a smile, all of that changes once you sign a lease.
