I think they’re flooding the reviews with fake positives because talking to other residents here, people are moving out left and right. Not many people seem to stay here long. The apartment is decent. The hallways and elevators seem very outdated. The hallway carpets smell like mildew most days and if it isn’t strong enough the other funky smells will do the trick. The walls being super thin is really the cherry on top for me. Very heavy footsteps are heard all throughout the day and you can even hear people closing drawers in their kitchen or bathroom from your room. Wont be returning

I’ve always had a great experience here. It’s quiet and very nice space. I mainly get things handled within a good timespan if I have an issue with maintenance or the leasing office. In comparison to when I got here communication and timeliness with answering phones and returning calls has really improved. It’s a nice community and central to everything.

Good community, neighbors are very nice. I enjoy my apartment here and it's in a quiet area in Kirkwood. Amenities (gym, outdoor spaces, dog area) are pretty standard. I would say this is one of the quieter apartment complexes in Atlanta.

Had I known how poorly this property is managed, I would never have moved here. The persistent issues with parking, cleanliness, trash, mail, and overall security are unacceptable. Living here has been a consistently negative experience, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

I’ve lived here for 8 months now. The apartments are nice but for the price of rent and all the fees they tack on you’d expect more from the property. At least at other places you see what you’re paying for in the amenities. My problem is paying for “luxury” but the hallways, stairways & elevators are dirty most of the time with weird smells. On top of the new guest parking rules with multiple guest cars being booted. They push so hard to get you in the apartment and then you reach out and get nothing back. They go soo hard about guest parking but behind the “gate” if anything happens to your car they don’t care. Seems like they care more about money than residents.

I recently toured this property with one of my friends and I will say the customer service was outstanding! We toured with Mellissia who is very professional and knowledgeable about the property. She was very kind and showed us a few units that were right under budget. I wasn’t initially looking for myself but after seeing a couple of the apartment homes and how the property has been maintained this is definitely top 3 on my list. Also I love the area! It’s very close to work and close to some of my favorite places to hang out. Mellissia is such a true gem and has made our tour experience very warm and welcoming! Hoping to call this home!

The grounds are always well-kept, and the community events are a fantastic way to meet neighbors and stay engaged. The amenities at Broadstone Pullman are top-tier! From the luxurious pool area to the state-of-the-art fitness center, everything is designed with residents' comfort and convenience in mind. The co-working spaces are perfect for remote work or study, and the rooftop lounge is my favorite spot to unwind. One thing I really appreciate is the sense of security here. The gated access and key fob entry system ensure that only residents and authorized guests can access the community. The well-lit parking areas and common spaces also add an extra layer of peace of mind. The leasing staff is simply phenomenal! They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents' needs. I want to say thank you to the leasing team. They were all wonderful and very accommodating, especially Mell. I visited the location late during the day on a Friday after office hours and managed to get scheduled for a visit the next day which was a Saturday. I was paired with a new agent, first day with the property, but I was given a heads up prior and I was okay with it as I only needed to see the units to get a general idea if they fit my needs as I was looking to move in ASAP and had 2 other options I was tentative on committing to. Diamond was great and forthright and took me to the units I had picked online for viewing and share information to the best of her knowledge, for her first day, but she made sure to call for assistance on questions she did not have answers to. Little did I know that the person she was making inquiries to lived at the property. I want to send a huge thank you to Mell. She came out to help and took over the tour on her day off and was not in any rush to assist me. She spent over an hour with me on a visit I expected to take 15-20 minutes and made sure I was catered to and had all my questions answers. I went in looking for a 1-1 unit and had given up looking for 2-2 units as the properties I had visited were not as spacious or did not have the lighting I needed. Mell read my mind without me asking and offered to take me to one of the vacant units just to see what the property's 2-2 units looked like and I instantly fell in love with the first unit she showed me. She took me to another unit, furnished model apartment and I was glad I did not refuse her offer to view the 2-2 units due to my last 8 visits to other properties. I needed to move in ASAP as my lease was expiring at my temporary housing and Mell made sure to follow-up and provide me with all the details, documentation and information I would need to expedite the process. I went in looking to settle for a 1-1 and ended up moving into a 2-2 unit that I am happy with. Thank you to the entire leasing team as well as they facilitated in getting me into the unit.

I toured Broadstone Pullman Yards with Melissia in October. Sometimes walking through options can be overwhelming/confusing. She showed me the floor plan options, with price ranges and made it simple and easy to choose. I found exactly what I was looking for! She is exactly the type of person you want to work with. I’m one month in, love the gym space, the neighbors are friendly, the building is quiet, safe, and the location is fantastic. I’d recommend this hidden gem.

The parking is ridiculous. Paying for a guest to park makes no sense. Instead of paying a third party to boot people’s friends and families, we should invest in a gate that works.

From the tour to the ease of applying and response times for follow up was smooth sailing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The community is kept clean and nice. Very chill quiet community. Ppl actually work that live here. Traffic is minimal for the location.

Love the neighborhood, good management, safe area. Parking is the worst. Uncovered, the gate is almost always malfunctioning. Amenities are nice but there’s a lot of unnecessary fees.

When I decided to make the move to GA, finding my home was top priority. From the moment I walked into the leasing office and was greeted by Shay, I KNEW this would be it. I had seen multiple properties, but Broadstone Pullman just felt right for me. Shay’s kindness and warmth was very appreciated, I knew no one at the time and she helped with the transition by giving me suggestions for the area as well as advice. The property is beautiful and has everything I was looking for. It’s almost a month here, and I still feel very confident about my decision!

My experience as a resident has been great overall. The community is friendly, and the amenities, especially the gym and pool, are well-maintained. The management team has been responsive and helpful with any inquiries. One area for improvement would be the timeliness of maintenance requests. A quicker turnaround would enhance the overall experience even more.

I loved touring this property! Shay was so nice and welcoming. The property is beautiful, modern and feels very homey. The artwork throughout the complex is different and the amenities are hard to find especially at this price point.

The staff was EXCELLENT when i came to visit, which made an impact on my decision to choose the property. The prices are decent and the property is nice and well kept. Very chill community, the people are engaging at times and others just stay to themselves.

The community is beautiful and the apartments are nice and up to date. It was a little difficult to get in contact with the people in the leasing office but once you do they are all very helpful. So far I’m enjoying my time here.

Waiting on a new water filter for 4 months now. Maintenance closed out multiple requests and never followed up. Yes, this is your luxury experience. Have lived here since the beginning and seeing decline in service over time. Threatening to boot people if you don't pay for an app even though you already pay parking fees monthly. Disappointed. Will change my review if they improve. Went from my 5 star review years 1 and 2 and now I'm going to give 1 Star.

The property is well kept. The features are nice and refined in the apts. It’s a quiet community where peace is attainable . Close to the beltline about 8 minutes by car. It’s a residential area with a surprisingly quiet Pullman Yards. Food Trucks, pickle ball, skating etc. Walkability is the goal here you are.

I would say living here is pretty good and chill. I just don’t like the parking gate. I appreciate how friendly the management is. And I love how there’s events sometimes for the neighbors to hang out at. I love the area and being close to the events at Pullman Yards. Great experience living here!

Of all the apartment experiences I have had, I truly did love my time at Pullman. Apartments always come with asterisks, but felt like they were trying their best to remedy those annoyances or inconveniences. The space is lovely, clean, unique and the amenities really shine here. I spent so many days on the rooftop reading. The staff is helpful and cheery while trying to build community. The location is key and wonderful (except for when the balloon museum is open…) Rent is definitely a bit pricey, but it’s the city yall.
