Property Ratings at Broadstone Savoie
My family has lived at Broadstone Savoie for a long time. Our experience here has been tremendously horrible. Some of the staff are very rude and unprofessional to my family and guests. Especially the maintenance person. He has gotten very confrontational with my guests. Some examples of our negative experiences include, when I placed some garbage material alongside the garbage dumpster, I received an email stating there will be extra charge for this garbage. We pay a significant amount for our rent and other services here. There is no parking available or offered for guests. I have a bicycle. I asked about bicycle storage available and the staff stated there is bicycle storage available for an extra monthly charge, but others living here say bicycle storage here is free and no extra charge. I feel I am being treated differently because I am not American. I have a review of one star. But would have given a rating of zero if available. We will be moving to a better and more professional apartment/ condo complex in downtown Bellevue as soon as our lease is up. We would not recommend this Broadstone Savoie to anyone !

I can say Julie, Myrna and Sabina are wonderful leasing agents. I am so glad to have a leasing office that is professional. The residents here are amazing happy people, which means a lot, environmental peace is big in a living space. Also I love the amenities here. The gym is outstanding. The study rooms are amazing. As well as the rooftop.

I had a seamless move-in experience at Broadstone Savoie. This staff is extremely helpful, particularly my interactions with Myrna and Brittany have been great. They are quick to act on all my requests. The building has nice amenities, a good layout and a great location with quick access to the freeway and the downtown.
