We came to tour the apartments on a whim (family lives in the area) and decided to sign a lease on-the-spot. We just recently moved in, but love it so far! Pamela was extremely helpful in not only our tour and information on the community, but with the entire move-in process as well!

Moving from out of state can be daunting, but our experience with Broadstone Sterling Ranch was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Pamela and Andrea from the leasing office. We did everything virtually, and Pamela was our guiding light through the process. She was incredibly responsive, sending us detailed pictures of the exact unit we chose, which gave us confidence in our decision. Her professionalism and personal touch were what convinced us to lease here from afar. Upon arrival, Andrea was there to welcome us with open arms, assisting with the final signatures and ensuring our transition was seamless. Her efficiency and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home from the very first moment. Our apartment has lived up to the promise of those pictures - we love our space and all the services they offer. Lower rates, having to pay for amenities, parking, trash pickup which I don’t use, the noise from above apartments is ridiculous. Have sent several emails to management and have not received a response and nothing has changed on that front. Quality of apartment is cheap to be charged what tenants are charged. Have had no less than 5 maintenance issues since I’ve been here.

We are so happy with Broadstone Sterling Ranch! The whole team is incredibly friendly and helpful, and were a big factor in our move-in process going smoothly. We love the area and the apartment complex's amenities, and the community is friendly and safe. Recently Clayton and Scott from the maintenance team took care of a minor issue in our unit, and it was incredibly helpful. It's nice to know they are there if we need assistance with anything! This place is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Clayton and Scott came by to show me how to reset my breaker and were very kind and sweet to me and my puppies. Brandon and Matt also made some good recommendations for places to eat around here and I just really appreciate being acknowledged on the site by the staff and seen and the maintenance team has gone above and beyond to do that as well as providing reassurance that I moved to the right place. I’ve lived here for nearly one year and loved it. What makes it really special are Sophie and Carl who are the social ambassadors, they host wonderful events quite frequently and are fantastic at gathering the residents which helps people connect and make friendships. It is a huge part of why I opted to lease for another year.

I absolutely love this place! The front desk staff, Pamela and Emily, are very sweet and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions. The maintenance workers, Clayton, Scott, and Brandon, are always quick to respond if something goes wrong with the apartment. They are very accommodating and work around your schedule, so I never have to worry about them showing up when I'm not there. They always set up a time that works for me to take a look. If there’s a problem that requires outside help, they’re always willing to offer extra assistance! This place is truly amazing. It’s not just the units themselves, but the staff that make living here one of the best experiences I’ve had!

I have been living at Broadstone Sterling Ranch for almost a year now and just decided to re-sign my lease. The apartments are beautiful but the main reason i decided to stay is because of the community. I am so grateful for Sophie and Carl the event coordinators at the apartments. They hold monthly events for residents and they are truly the reason this place feels like home. There are events are always creative, themed, well thought out, with beautiful decorations and a fun event to get us engaged. In the past I have struggled to introduce myself to new people and put myself out there but sophie and carl make such a welcoming environment and jump in to help with introductions. I attended one event when i first moved in and now i do my best to attend them all. Its also amazed me how authentic the connections i've made are. I had surgery earlier this year and had no shortage of neighbors who walked my dogs and cooked me meals when i was unable FOR 8 WEEKS! Everyone that jumped in to help were people I met at Sophie and Carl's events. I can't sing their praises enough. If you are new to the community come join us at the events. If you are considering moving in but struggle because you dont know anyone in the area, take the leap! I hage never felt so supported and ive never had so many plans.

We had come in late on a Sunday and Monica was so patient and willing to work with us. Our move date isn't until late may of next year but we will be circling back to this property as it has stolen our heart.

New resident here that moved in over 2 weeks ago. The apartment community is beautiful and so are the apartments themselves. I had a few issues with the condition of my apartment when I first arrived BUT they were resolved immediately by the manager - Monica and the maintenance manager - Brandon. They were both attentive, professional and worked with on me every issue I had with my apartment. We did a walkthrough together and they made sure to note all of my concerns and followed through to make sure they were taken care of in a timely manner. I have to mention my leasing agent - Pamela and note that she was the main reason I chose this community. She was responsive, consistent, upbeat and followed through with answering my questions over email and the phone. The application process online was easy to complete and move in checklist was simple to follow. I moved from the west coast and it was stressful but working with Pamela made it so much easier for me to get everything settled before I moved in. If you're having second thoughts, don't! You won't regret choosing this community! I'm very happy that I chose this community and love the amenities for the residents. The pool is beautiful, the gym is awesome and the community is very dog friendly with tons of walking paths/green spaces in the area. Great lighting around the buildings and I feel safe walking my dog at night and early mornings. The maintenance team keeps the grounds very clean! Plenty of parking available and the residents seem to be friendly and respectful. Definitely a great experience.

The property is really nice, the amenities are beautiful. The rooftop patio space has a great view and the pool is wonderful. The apartments are well kept and look great, appliances are new and work like it. The spaces are very modern looking and clean. If you get any type of deal from management, getting in writing. They changed our deal from the time we toured to 6 hours later when we came back to apply.

I would avoid this property. Pool area smells like raw sewage because of the waste pumps across the street. Unnecessary traffic due to poor planning. Most of the small community here hates the apartment complex and constantly harasses its residents. Bears have torn open my neighbors trash left out numerous times.

Trust me you will love living in this quiet beautiful community . The staff is helpful, professional and welcoming. The ground are still being worked on as construction continues.. But it's a beautiful complex set into a nice quiet culdesac. The good thing is the apartment have great sound proofing you barely hear the construction.
