Over this is a good place to live but there are some stuff they could work on. The overflow of trash, pest issues in the garage, hallways and units. For this to be a gated community, the gates get broken a lot and for us to have to use the app or the key fob, a lot of the doors are broken and kept propped open which defeats the purpose of having the safety level.

Living here has been an positive experience for me. The apartment itself has been well-maintained and functional. The amenities available have really enhanced my living experience. One of the things I value the most is the communication with the management team. They informed about any updates or changes. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is relaxed, and I feel at home. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living space.

I have been a tenant for 3 years and have become extremely unsatisfied within the past 2 years. - Property fire alarm goes off every 4-6 months randomly at night (tonight it was 9:30 am… other times it has been at 2 or 3 am). - Water and electricity are connected within the units, so with the threat of an impeding storm - it's best to get out as soon as possible. - The front office is difficult to reach by phone during the day. - Noise complaints are medicorely handled and not properly documented for evidence. If you have a complaint against your neighbor, then you will be suggested to move units AND pay a higher price to do so. - No courtesy officer, so overnight emergencies or noise complaints DO NOT get handled. You're told to call the police, which Houston PD do not come out to resolve noise complaints (tried that twice to no avail). - Shady looking characters have been moving in by the doves or living across the street. - Food trucks stopped coming. Tenant events are scarce. Apartment-wide communication such as, newsletters stopped happening my 2nd year here as well. - Sometimes dog owners keep their animals on a lease, sometimes they don't including pit bulls. If you see an owner do that, it is extremely difficult to track who it may be without looking like a stalker yourself. - Broken equipment around the pool and it is not routinely cleaned. - Expensive. We're paying for location, but other than that - the price does not add up to the amentities. Positive - Plenty of parking. - Maintenance men are pleasant and will continue to work on your maintenance request until the job is completed especially the air conditioner, no more what the time. - Office personnel are friendly and at least attempt to handle your issues within a timely manner even if the outcome may not be to your satisfication. I can't wait to move out once my lease ends in April, but I am strongly considering breaking the lease for peace of mind. Save your money and don’t rent here.

Probably the best apartment complex for the price. There are some shortcomings and management are not consistently good all the time. But not bad at all. Overall highly satisfied.

Absolutely Thrilled with My New Apartment! Moving into my new apartment has been an amazing experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The space is not only stylish and modern but also incredibly functional. The management team has been fantastic—responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They made the move-in process seamless and stress-free. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable, with easy access to everything I need.

Good experience. Can be more clean and security is sometimes not the best. But has been a good experience. Package delivery should be improved because there are too many lost packages.

I would definitely give the customer service & amenities 5 stars! My only concern is the lack of security cameras in the parking garage. This creates opportunities for theft. Many cars have been found with all 4 tires stolen & left on bricks. For the amount of rent charged, residents should not have this issue. I am, however, thankful for the recent improvements to lighting in the garage.

The room is large and cozy, and the public spaces are great! I especially like the lobby and coffee station. The swimming pool and the gym are very popular though they are a bit far from my unit.

It has been really nice!!! Responses to repairs happens pretty quick and Yenny and Clinton in the leasing office are GREAT!!! I have been here for 3 years and really like my apartment, my patio, and all the amenities offered.

Management and Maintenance does exceptionally well, when responding to questions and concerns. Maintenance is always available when requested. I love this this community and would recommend to any other good tenants.

Living at BROADSTONE Toscano has been awesome. The location’s perfect—close to the Medical Center and Hermann Park, so everything I need is nearby. Management is super responsive, handling any maintenance requests fast. The amenities are great too; I love the pool, gym, and community areas. My apartment is modern and spacious, with quality finishes. All in all, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

The apartments themselves and their amenities are great. Unfortunately, it seems the residents are not being good neighbors and are leaving trash everywhere, including the parking deck. This, coupled with the lack of enforcement of quiet hours, prevents me from giving a 5-star review.

Apartment location and safety are great. After living here for 8 months,I've had no issues whatsoever. The building is clean and the parking is ample.

I was thrilled to move into Broadstone Toscano one year ago. Things changed quickly after I moved in. First, I had many packages got stolen at my apartment door. It was within the property!!! My neighbors also lost their packages. Delivery lady told me that her packages got stolen from her cart at garage. I reported to the management and they said you could call the police yourself. No follow up or attempt to improve the situation. And worse, since they used Fetch service, Amazon would not replace your lost packages. Second, electric appliances were often broken. My dishwasher needed repair for over 6 times. Every time I requested for repair, it could take over 2 weeks to repair it. But it became out of order again within 2 days. They didn't replace the dishwasher and I ended up not using dishwasher at all. Third, unresponsive "emergency number." They provided a number for emergency. Yet, no one ever answered or returned call. Forth, dirty hallway. If someone accidently spills some liquid on the ground, no one cleaned it. I saw the same dirt for more than 3 months on the hallway. Fifth, I tried to give them a second chance and made an appointment to look at 2-bedroom apartments at 4 pm on a Saturday. Guess what? When I arrived at 4 pm, the leasing staff claimed that we were late and refused to honor our appointment. Customer service became terrible after you moved in. Sixth, before moving out, management office sent me a detailed email to say what tenants need to clean thoroughly before they leave, or how much my deposit would be deducted. I rented many places before and this was my first time to receive such an email to demand the tenant to clean in such a specific way. I remember that when I moved in, the apartment was okay but did not seem professionally cleaned. I cleaned it again myself before putting stuffs in. I wonder why they needed tenant to clean in such a way. Anyway, I honestly followed every single instruction and cleaned for a whole day. Guess what again? My deposit got deducted 2/3 without any explanations. I emailed them to request for details for deductions as I had previously reported some deficits which did not get fixed during my whole lease. No reply. I only got a reminder that if you don't get your 1/3 deposit, it will expire. So you have no way to get their responses or even understand why your deposit got deducted. SO, hope this review helps. Really not recommend it at all.

Outstanding place to live. Amenities and everything top notch. Lizards, spiders and mud-dappers are there but I guess they are everywhere in this area.

Leasing staff is amazing!! They are all very nice and willing to help. They walked me through the leasing process and made moving in very easy.

Despite the decrease in maintenance and the noise from the new residents, the staff in the reception offices have been excellent. I also want to highlight Matthew, the maintenance man, who is truly professional and pleasant—it's a shame not everyone matches his level of service.

The Broadstone Toscano buiding is beautiful and convienent. Everyday I love open my door of balcony and look at the swimming pool. I especially like the kitchen facilities, including the electric stove, microwave, ice-making refrigerator, and dishwasher, which make cooking very convenient. The bathroom with its shower and hot water is also very easy to use. Besides that, the apartment environment is beautiful, and the various services are very user-friendly. The public areas and swimming pool are very comfortable, and the free shuttle bus to the medical center, customized by the apartment, is also very convenient. Clinton and the staff at the leasing office are always enthusiastic in helping me with any needs I have. I am very grateful to have found such a satisfying apartment to rent.

Broadstone Toscano is an excellent apartment, which has good enviroment and room. Of great importance, it is very safe for me. I love the convienent living conditions.

I moved in on late August and it has been great since. The apartment room lives up to my "luxury apartment" expectation: the room is big, the house is clean, the kitchen and bathroom are large and cozy. I like the view as well outside of the window.

I enjoy living here because of the location and maintenance service. I like my apartment.

This is a great place to stay. The grounds are clean. The fitness center is great. I absolutely love love love having 3 pools to choose from.

It’s gotten really ugly over the past year The type of people that move in are not clean or friendly. Parking lot people leave trash even in the hall ways. Car getting broke in , and dents in the doors. Some maintenance people don’t care about their job and leave the issues and some are great and fix the problem. Some people ruin it for others. I loved it 2years ago but now it’s not all that great I do love the pool by the lobby but it doesn’t get cleaned as often as it should being the most used pool. The gym I love. The vending machine got ridiculously expensive I get it inflation or high sales but makes me not want to buy anything anymore. The staff is great and always friendly. I have had an amazing experience with them all. They do go above and beyond getting answers and helping with my needs. I also wish more people would be mindful of where they live and make a good experience for the others. For the price here it’s not really all that great if I’m being honest.

Great place ! The listing office agents are very helpful and polite . Problems with hit water occasionally. Pool very clean and hallways always clean.

Cool apartments little things here and there as any apartment complex but this place is solid and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking

I’ve been living her for about 6 months now and I can say I love it here, I love the area, it’s pretty clean and when there’s a mess they're good about getting it cleaned! For the most part it’s very quiet and people pretty much keep to themselves. My only complaint is they are always out of coffee and or cups etc. since we pay for things like that monthly I would love to be able to get a cup of coffee more when visiting the clubhouse. Other than that it’s great!

The parts I like are (a) the location; (b) the maintenance; and (c) the friendly management. My least favorite thing is the crappy carpet. The cabinets are also less that ideal. And the water pressure on the fourth floor could be better, especially in the shower. Also, the security systems could be better, with video monitoring throughout the garage and the common areas, including the hallways.

So far I have enjoyed living here. I only had one issue, and was handled quickly. All service request are handled quickly! I love my apartment!

The whole experience is a 4/5. The pools are pretty dirty. The leasing office people are nice but their efficiency and quality of work can be improved greatly.

I like most of the parts of living here. It's just the area around here is too vulnerable to the hurricanes. You will lose power here by a strong wind. And elevator can be out of order quite frequently.

I like it here, the amenities are good I like the sense of privacy and the fact that there’s a parking garage. This place is really a good start if you are independent, and know how to keep to yourself.

I love this community! It is like a castle that once you are inside the rest of the world (especially Houston weather) fades away. It has become a place I call home since moving in. Definitely a place I recommend to anyone coming to live in Houston

Its been only 2 days living here at Broadstone Toscano and I am already loving the apartments and amenities. The parking, poolside, gym, patios, cleanliness is amazing. Glad I made the decision to move here.

Staff is very helpful and Apartments are peaceful, neat, clean and with beautiful british architecture. It has everything you look for in your house.

Move in process was very easy. Very thankful for the insight given from the leasing office staff. Even with communication with one person primarily they were all amazing.

Great place to live, located conveniently near the Texas Medical center offering its own hourly shuttle service. Good amenities and plenty of parking. Recently had quite a few incidents of elevators trapping people, not working or having strange smells. If elevator issues are addressed quickly then this would be a 5 out of 5.

I have enjoyed living at Broadstone Toscano, the staff members are friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and is pet friendly. While nothing is perfect, this has been a nice place to call home and the location and price is key!

The elevator closest to me has been out of service for half the year (the elevator in the garage works but still, this is an unacceptable timeframe for an elevator to be dysfunctional) Similarly, the PDK system was down near the beginning of the year and it took months to fix it. Not only did it take months to get fixed but in the meanwhile, the internal doors weren't unlocked so that residents had to use the doormats or any other creative means to keep doors open. Perhaps additional security would have been helpful during this time as I heard from another resident that homeless people were camping in electrical/work rooms that were unlocked. The coffee machine in the Cafe also tends to go out of service more frequently than I would like and takes too long to get fixed. But my biggest and most important feedback would be that a company needs to value compassion and humanism in order to be successful in the long run. I suppose I'm still very disappointed in the fact that I was not able to end my lease on the originally signed date because I submitted my written notice late. I had spoken to a representative about my intention to not renew my lease on 4/28 and he immediately emailed me back with the following: "Hello Mohammed, Per our telephone conversation, you are needing to vacate due to a job relocation.  I have attached the notice to vacate form.  Please fill it out and return it to our office.  Thanks for your residency with us!" I had taken this to mean that now there is an official, dated, in writing, record of my intention to evacuate so I didn't have to immediately fill out the form and run it to the office. But no, my last date was moved a week later and I would be charged another $300 (which as a person of limited means is a substantial unexpected cost to swallow). Not only did the manager that day not show an ounce of flexibility but she also failed to display even an atom of empathy (with perhaps statements like I'm really sorry for this situation but it's really beyond our control and there's nothing we can do). If anything, I left feeling such a hostile vibe from the leasing office that it even led me to fear that I could have retaliatory measures like unfairly holding my deposit for complaining/pleading with her to be lenient.
