The staff is phenomenal! I would like to see the monthly activities sheet posted more in the mail room and elevators. Currently, the elevator in 5880 doesn't have the February sheet.
These buildings are beautiful. Great location with greenway and business nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient while getting me in, gym is excellent too

I was relocated from Canada for work in RTP, and staying at Broadstone Trailside has made the experience enjoyable, the amenities and positive environment is very welcoming and comfortable. Great amenities, location, & neighborhood. I love living here with my daughter. The floor plans are modern and spacious. Everything you would want in an apartment. So far, Inlove it here. I love the spacious apartment. I like the gym. Can’t wait to use the pool when it opens. I ah e only been hear a month but the maintenance is on point. I receive a lot of packages and I feel my packages are safe.

Things have improved. Been a good experience lately. No complaints. I don’t use the dog park anymore, as it is not cleaned like it should be. Love that it’s very walkable.

Broadstone Trailside has the best pet friendly community! Even though I do not have a pet, I love to see dogs play in the dog park. Neighbors are mostly quiet and active, enjoy outdoors.

This is my third year in this community, what more I can say apart from this. It is good place which is near to all places ( groceries, restaurants, parks). Property is nice but if you get locked out at night you’ll be stranded. They make you pay for your own locksmith but because of the smart home doors most locksmiths won’t be able to unlock the doors. Was stranded outside with nowhere to go until I could get a property manager to unlock the door in the morning

We love our neighbors and feel safe at Broadstone but the amenities have gone downhill. They really need to replace ripped and stained cushions and replace umbrellas.

I love the community including all the amenities and events. The apartments look very nice as well including all the finishes and I love the kitchen. However, I wish there was more insulation between units especially above you. At least don’t get unlucky and live below active dogs.

Current resident for a little over a year, and I’m very pleased to be living in an apartment community where cleanliness, professionalism and an outstanding leasing team is present. I am grateful for how efficient the maintenance team has been whenever I have a request. Overall, I have no complaints and I was very happy to resign my lease. Thank you Broadstone Trailside team!

I really enjoy my living at Broadstone Trailside. This community provides me with a safe and comfortable environment in an enviable location in Morrisville with easy access to everything I need; RDU Airport, restaurants, parks, lots of businesses to move my social and work drives. The community management is very helpful and responsive to tenants needs and endeavors to work with tenants to address any problems at hand.

As my lease is expiring at Broadstone Trailside, there were some Pros and Cons that we discovered along the way. Pros: You are within a five-minute drive from any grocery or convenience store. The amenities, such as the gym are always accessible. The community is great, and the views on the trail attached to the apartments are a nice touch as well. My roommate and I are also big fans of Cricket, so being next to the Church Street Park Grounds was a pro for us. Cons: While the layout of the unit is very nice, we experienced several issues with our appliances throughout our stay. When we first moved in, we did not have a working dishwasher for the first four weeks, until we were given a replacement from one of the vacant units. After a couple of months passed, the same thing happened to our oven. Still not sure what the problems were that caused both of the appliances to stop working, but both times the issue was resolved with a replacement from a vacant unit. The last event to have happened was a dysfunctional washer and dryer. I would understand if the appliances were made in the '90s, but these were brand new, in-unit, appliances. The washer over-washes and the dryer takes many cycles to fully dry. It has not been properly fixed for months. Overall, this was a beautiful property that is tragically tarnished by the lackluster appliances. I could not recommend living here until after the pandemic when maintenance on appliances is more easily accessible.
At this point, Broadstone Trailside makes the 5th apartment complex that I have lived in. Out of all of them, this has been my favorite. The leasing staff is great, there is a greenway close by, smart home features and reasonable prices. Location wise its near a lot of great restaurants to try and groceries just minutes away. I heavily debated my commute when considering my apartment, could have moved somewhere closer to my job, but this is worth the 20 minutes to get to work. I couldn't ask for anything more. So happy I was able to lease an apartment here-if you are thinking about living here-Just do it!

Broadstone Trailside is the place to live. It is nice safe and easily accessible to many places in the Triangle area. Maintenance management is amazing and takes away all your home maintenance worries for the most part. I highly recommend it.
