When the Woodlands was created as a master-planned community, the developers wanted to retain as much of the natural, wooded landscape as possible. As a result, this aptly-named community features 135 parks, 210 miles of hiking and bicycling trails, more than 1,800 acres of open green space, and 14 swimming pools. The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion provides an open-air concert site, and several lakes and canals -- including the vast Lake Woodlands -- add even more beauty to the community. The Woodlands is home to several golf courses, including the Woodlands Country Club Palmer Course, the Tournament Course at the Woodlands Country Club, and the Club at Carlton Woods: Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.
While apartments in the Woodlands are terrific for commuters -- just 28 miles north of Downtown Houston and directly off I-45 -- the Woodlands is no longer considered the bedroom community it was designed to be.

Apartments are nice but the littering around the building and in the parking garage us disgusting. There is even broken glass on the sidewalk next to the site where the dumpsters are rolled out every week

5 years and still love it here. It’s generally a quiet neighborhood and you don’t see a lot of your neighbors. The only thing I would like to see improved are all the security doors and points as well a better lighting in the garage at night.

So far the only defect I have seen is the garbage accumulated at the entrance of the parking lot. The maintenance issue is extremely slow, they take too long to respond to any ticket. The machines in the gym are a bit neglected. There are many doors that are always open so there is not as much security as one would like. Very little pest fumigation in external areas of the apartments.

Nice location. I love that there is a lot of places to go on a walk. Even a trail. The Main Street is super busy even in the middle of the night so it can be loud. Ant and bugs is a constant issue. But overall it’s ok

I love living here in my 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment home. The rooms are spacious and the open concept is just what I was looking for. The grounds are always manicured and the residents are nice. I have lived here for five years and I feel at home. The staff and maintenance crew at this community are incredibly attentive, friendly, and always go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful living experience. If there are ever any maintenance issues they are usually resolved pretty quickly unless it’s something major such as replacing the AC unit, in that case, it may take a few days. All in all, this is one of the nicest apartment communities in the area.

Overall living in the complex is nice, no disturbances within neighbors & friendly environment. Amenities are great. I don’t particularly like how the fetch services & the Amazon lockers run in the facility & how residents don’t have much care for the trash room that causes bugs in the halls.

Living here for two years has been an amazing experience. The front office and maintenance staff are approachable and very eager to help when issues arise. Moving is never easy but Robert made my leasing experience manageable and ultimately why I chose to live here. Christen goes above and beyond to assist me and my family, she is very prompt and will find alternatives to ensure matters are handled timely. It’s a beautiful property nonetheless, however, the safety and welcoming feeling the staff had exude from the very beginning is vital in making this my home. I recommend this apartment especially for those with kids.

We love it here. We had a very stressful move due to the hurricane. The previous apartments were not available due to the power outage forcing us to find an apartment in one day. My boyfriend leased here prior, so we decided to see if anything was available The staff was so helpful. They rushed all the maintenance requests and had us moved in within 24 hours of canceling our other lease!

The neighborhood is great and peaceful. The amenities are great. 24 hr gym perfect for getting in those workouts. Rooms are spacious even the smaller ones. Well taken care of. Parking garage for your vehicle is such a plus. The staff is friendly. Stores are nearby for all your needs.

Beautiful apartment and well kept community. Very pet friendly with a big fenced grass area and multiple pet stations. I would highly recommend to anyone.
