I never moved in the apartment. I couldn't because it was still occupied. I was told that I couldn't get my $350.00 back!!! They were not holding the apartment for me!!!
Broadstreet is the worst apartment I have ever lived in in my life. The walls are PAPER thin you can hear your neighbor have conversation, close cabinets, vacuum...imagine if they played music or had the tv loud. The walls are not insulated. The floors creek and squeak so it sounds like the upstairs neighnors are going to fall through the ceiling...every single day. There is never anywhere to park after everyone has gotten home and off work. You have to drive around for 15 minutes hoping someone leaves a parking space so you can park near your building. You're lucky if you find a park 3-4 building away. The garbage pickup comes late at night and drags and throws the garbage down the steps it sounds like a war is happening outside. This is really nowhere near LUXURY. There are better places to stay in Montgomery for the same price or less.
This is the best place I have ever lived. Staff is super responsive no matter what hour. They have people on call for emergencies. The people in the office are super nice and friendly. Even walks with you around the grounds as friends. This was literally the best place I had ever lived at until work pulled me away. I still wish I was there. Building 2 3rd floor is best floor. Say hi to Mrs Mary for me love her lots and take care of her.
The leasing agents at Broad Street are exceptional I believe they go above and beyond to ensure it's tenant needs are met in a very professional and courteous manner. always available ready to resolve any issues in a timely manner and so very friendly the level of customer service this played by them is exceptional *****
The location of the apartment complex is as good as it gets. It is conveniently located right off the interstate and adjacent to Eastchase, a large shopping center. The rent is reasonably priced for the location and amenities offered. The management staff is great! They are easy to interact with and helpful if you were to have any questions or concerns. If you’re looking to rent in Montgomery, I highly recommend Broadstreet.
No idea how they can call this place "luxury." We are military and move around a lot, so I've lived in at least 5 apartments in the last few years so I have a lot to compare it to. This is by far the worst apt I've ever lived in. The dog park would be wonderful if people would actually pick up after their dogs. My dog is so energetic and so I was excited to use it, but it's like walking through a mine field. I cringe every time my dog steps on some other dog's poop in there. So gross!!! There are poop bags IN THE PARK so I'm not sure why people have such a hard time picking up after their dogs. Secondly, the gym is trash. Pretty much every piece of equipment is broken. The cables have no resistance (broken), the floor is always FILTHY (I've worked for a gym for 2 years and lived in many apartment complexes with gyms - there's no excuse for how dirty this gym is). The treadmill speeds are off. It's just bad. We've seen trash in the parking lot, a box of broken beer bottles on the lawn area where I take my dog to go potty. There are bottle caps and cig buds on the grass area by the pool. We found at least 7 dead bugs in our apartment upon move-in. The hallways are disgusting (I've lived in apt complexes with outdoor corridors - no reason for it to be this gross). The water ran cold after 5 minutes, the tub was running stone cold after (literally) 2 inches of water. The AC didn't go lower than 77. Maintenance was quick to fix the water temp and AC, however. Also, I'm aware this won't be the case for everyone, but our upstairs neighbors have absolutely no regards for the people below them (us). I've been an upstairs neighbor before and also had upstairs neighbors many times in my life. I'm aware you can't avoid some noises. But this is ridiculous. Our lights swing and the glasses in our kitchen all shake at how much they stomp. There are clearly multiple children above us with parents that aren't considerate for the people below them. I can hear the kids yelling constantly and jumping off the bed at all hours. The washer has an awful stale/damp smell when it's running and has made some of our clothes smell like it. You have to run the drier TWICE to get your clothes dry. To be honest, I'm SO glad we were only here for 7 weeks. I feel bad for anyone who has signed a lease here. After staying here temporarily, there is absolutely no way I would sign a lease with this place.
I've lived in many apartments over the years, and I must say that Broadstreet at Eastchase has been the BEST! The location is superb, right in the heart of Eastchase yet easy access to I-85. The staff has been professional, attentive to my needs, and always goes the extra mile to ensure I'm happy at all times. The apartment is extremely spacious and I love the attention to detail. I've referred several friends to Broadstreet and they are just as happy and content with their apartment.
This apartment complex is amazing. They have many amenities: great big ceilings, open kitchens, big closets, and an amazing bathroom. They also have friendly staff and maintenance people. it's a family friendly area close to shopping, a beautiful pool, just a great area to live in.
I absolutely LOVE Broadstreet Apartments! I was a home owner for twenty years, sold my second home, moved here, and I do not regret it! The maintenance has been very prompt, and I really enjoy my screened-in porch. There are very few screened porches available in this area. Also, I love the natural surroundings. It's wonderful to see trees, woods, and a creek when I go for a walk. I also love the sounds of the birds. I actually heard an owl a few times at dusk! The management could not be nicer or more professional! My neighbors are wonderful too! Very happy!
We love living here! Quiet, private, and awesome screened in porches. The maintenance staff does an excellent job in maintaining the property. Management has been great, too!
If you are a pet lover I would recommend Broadstreet at EastChase. They have a bark park and it is the best thing I have ever seen!! It is so clean and well taken care of! The office staff is also the best! I can not tell you how much it warms my heart to see the love the staff show my pets! I have never lived anywhere else that were so accommodating to me and my pets! Keep up the good work!
I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to live! I love all the staff as much as I love my apartment. I have been treated like family since the day I came here in a real need and the manager, Sherry was more than helpful. She turned a horrible situation for me into the best thing that could have happened for me! I have been extremely pleased with everything!!!!! Did I mention that I have the best neighbors in the world!! I love the Broadstreet Crew! Just signed on for another Year!!!!
I have lived here for a year and just resigned my lease. The staff is friendly; when I've needed to have things fixed, it's done within HOURS of submitting the request. I enjoy the fact that everything is online and can be taken care of instantly. It's worth the move!
I’ve lived at Broadstreet for about a year now and can honestly say that it’s been the best apartment complex that I’ve lived in! I’ve even renewed my lease until I’m through with school here in Montgomery. The environment is not only clean and comfortable, but also very peaceful. More importantly, the front office really makes it a priority to address any problems that you may run into—I’ve never had a management team so attentive and quick in response when it came to any work orders I’ve put in. Another bonus to this complex, in particular, is the proximity of shops and grocery stores. There is a Costco literally across the street as well as Target, Walmart, and Publix only a few miles away. If you’re into shopping and grabbing a bite to eat, there are the Shoppes at Eastchase down the road with many of your retail stores and restaurants, similar to The Summit in Birmingham. Overall, I’m satisfied in my decision to come live at Broadstreet and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place!
Ugh, after living here for a considerable number of years, I ask myself why we didn't hit the ground running earlier. Apart from the "luxury" tag they market the apartment with, there is nothing impressive about this place. Yes, the apartments are newer than many in the area but the management is rude, uncaring and has a terrible attitude towards its residents. They charge you for damages you never made and lie through their teeth about so many trivial and important things alike. If you want bad service and dirty hallways, please go ahead and sign the lease. But I am guessing you don't?
Horrible management team. Having your security deposit returned is never an option. I hate that I've even lived here. Please understand that you have to clean the entire apartment from top to bottom. If there's one little thing found( paper clip) in the floor they will charge you for it. Also remember to clean the ceiling. Yes, you have to clean the ceiling. This is one of Foshee's worst apartment complexes. The parking lot is horrible and if you don't come home early to get a park you will have to park a long way from your apartment. The management team is only nice and helpful when your moving in once your in everything changes. There is no pest control and spiders are everywhere. The hallway is very nasty and they do not come around and clean up when the trash men waste trash around your apartment door. I encourage anyone before you move out here don't. Please do your homework on these apartments. I do not recommend anyone to live here.
I love broadstreet they pic up there own grounds, care about us the residents will stay if you need to sign your lease or can't make it in time for a package. Eric the maintenance man is wonderful and a one man show. When the girls are the property they wave and stop to just say hey how we you so it shows they really do care. I have referred 3 people to live here and I get money off my rent it really help during Xmas time I don't think I'll ever leave since this staff is here now pervious management was no good and could careless
The absolute worst management team on earth! They will charge you for every nickel and dime they can get out of you but will never put it back into the complex. It is constantly dirty, infested with insects, and dog feces all over. When you move out they will charge you for just about anything and everything you could possibly imagine and then some. This was our worst nightmare. Never would I ever recommend this place.
I have thoroughly enjoyed making Broadstreet my home. From visiting, to signing a lease, to moving in, to any assistance needed from maintenance to receiving packages, it has been easy, peaceful, & quiet. The apartment was completely clean. The office staff have been professional, caring, & helpful. I absolutely love the manager as she genually cares for all the residents at Broadstreet.
These apartments have the worst management of probably anywhere in Montgomery. The office steals or "loses" packages, the stairways are never cleaned, and emergency maintenance requires 3-4 days for a response. Spiders constantly fall in your walkway outside the apartments, and any number of complaints fall to no avail. There is absolutely no pest control. Spiders and other insects are constantly inside the apartment and the only response I have received is a couple of little glue traps from the Dollar Tree they brought out and put all around my apartment. Parking lot is very poorly lit and with the awful parking situation, you have to walk a very long way in the dark if you return at night. The staff is so friendly to potential new residents, but the advertised services are not truly offered once you're in. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. If you even halfway consider moving here, please talk to a current resident beforehand and get a good feel for what you're signing up for. Also, these other reviews saying how great of a place it is are DEFINITELY staff or management employees. Nobody else would ever say that.

I highly recommend Broad Street. My apartment is always clean and comfortable. The staff is awesome and always goes above and beyond with any issue I may have. The grounds are well kept and I have enjoyed living here. If you are looking for a great place to live this is the place!
Expensive apartment but not worth a dime. Garbage disposal constantly doesn't work, I have had it fall out at one point. Electricity only in living room will go off, I have to flip the switch to turn it back on.There is no pest control. I have had a snake in my home, 2 lizard in my patio, colony of big spiders in the hallway! The management only cares about the rent. There is no parking. Several cars have been hit-and-ran on in this complex, including mine. Management did nothing and claimed they could not see my car in the video. Dog park, is filled with poo and very small. I wish I never moved in. Worst first apartment ever.
