I’ve lived here for about a year and I can say this is by far the most beautiful townhome ever. I love the location everything is just around the corner. I definitely would recommend it to anyone that likes a quiet spacious apartment. The property manager is so kind and available anytime I have a question!

Great space surrounded by lots of natural beauty. It’s in a peaceful area, but still close to all the fun of the neighboring cities. The grounds are clean, quiet, and well cared for.

Great Waukesha apartment, on the border of New Berlin, 5 minutes to Brookfield. Great space, secure underground parking, lots of closets/storage. Excellent management and maintenance guys.

This place is wonderful. My friends always compliment the floorplan and the generous closet spaces. So much storage is usually hard to find in an apartment. It truly feels like home-living. Quiet and tucked away, but so close to everything needed for life and fun.

I have only lived here for a week, but this property goes above and beyond my expectations. The car garage is clean and well lit, my single lofted bedroom apartment has more room than I know what to do with, and the great thing is that I don’t hear the sounds of cars going by on East Broadway as I am going to sleep. Everything was clean when I moved in as well. I don’t think I have any complaints and if I do, Natalie, the manager, is very easy to contact and talk with.

I was very impressed with the conditions and location of these apartments. They are in a great area and provide perfect place to call home. I enjoy how spacious the apartment is and love how roomie the kitchen is when cooking meals! I could not ask for a better place to live. Natalia did a phenomenal job showing the place and breaking everything down for us. Overall, a great property.

Broadway commons is clean, all appliances and features are newly renovated. Secluded area with walking nature trail nearby. Close to downtown and reasonably priced. Love it!!

The apartments themselves are very nice. However if you’re looking for nice finishes that would be expected at this price range, look elsewhere. You get laminate flooring and counters, cheap faucets and cheap hardware on everything. Amenities are near zero. The ponds are small and not seen by most units, the “gym” is a couple treadmills and Ellipticals, usually one or two don’t work. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am on paper but are actually enforced around the clock. The management picks and chooses what rules from the lease need to be followed: ex)lease states no bikes in parking spots, absolutely no grills, no plug in air fresheners, no non-supplied freezers/fridges etc. However, the management states these are actually okay. Whereas you will be reported for storing anything on the balcony’s or having any other recreational items in the parking spots aside from bikes. Lease also states management helps with accidental lock-outs for a fee , however if you’re locked out, management will NOT help at all. Nice apartments themselves, but inconsistent management.

My husband and I absolutely love living at Broadway Commons! From friendly staff and excellent management, to updated apartments and gorgeous views - this apartment complex has everything and more. So happy to call Broadway Commons our home!

I have loved at Broadway Commons for about a year, and have nothing but great things to say! The management is friendly and quick to respond, my neighbors are great, and everything is always extremely clean and organized. I love being so close to downtown and all kinds of shopping, while still feeling like I am surrounded by nature and privacy. I could not recommend these apartments more!

Broadway Commons was my first apartment in Waukesha and I’m so glad I was able to rent there! The apartments are beautiful, well designed, and suited to make it feel like home right when you move in. The on-site managers were super helpful, and always went out of their way to make sure our time spent here was without issue and a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great property! Centrally located to everything. The apartment is open concept, warm, and welcoming. Little touches make it feel "homey" and all the appliances make it up-to-date. The outdoor space is so spacious and the surrounding area is so pretty with the pond and all the trees. Compared to other properties I have lived in around Waukesha, this place is leaps and bounds ahead. It's more of a condo than apartment. I would definitely recommend this property.
