The district of Jordan is a peaceful residential neighborhood three miles north of central Minneapolis and 14 miles east of downtown Saint Paul. A mix of homes for rent dot the landscape of this community, with businesses lining its borders. A walk through Jordan feels like a walk through time when you see the variety of building styles, including 19th-century Victorians, early 20th-century Tudors, and contemporary eco-friendly houses.
Golfing locals improve their game at nearby Theodore Wirth Golf Club, while winter sports lovers enjoy snowshoeing and cross-country skiing on its trails when snow falls. Residents in Jordan support the arts, and you can join your neighbors painting murals or building mosaics along the streets. Afterwards, gather together for classic comfort food at the Lowry Cafe or dessert at Olympic Cafe.

Property Ratings at Broadway Flats
It's a great building and the amenities are a plus
I'm an older person and some people may not want to be around a lot of young people coming in and out of their building
People in community are all so friendly and some were even helpful with my move in
I really, really enjoyed living in Broadway Flats!! My apartment was fantastic, I appreciated the amenities, and I had great relationships with neighbors and staff! I'm jealous of future residents who will access the planned greenspace. With the C Line right in front and Aldi a short walk away, life was a idealic. And I'm so impressed with the staff effort to inform residents of their renter rights! My Broadway Flats experience will stay with me as the my gold standard.
Close to downtown and great amenities and community with in the building.
My apt is great smells good and is clean to my liking. The building however ALWAYS smells like hot trash in the front entrance, halls, elevator and there is alot of trash in and around the building always like many dont knownhow to use a trash can.
The living experience is great; it is just the neighborhood environment that is the issue, but that is not reflective on the apartment complex.
I would recommend this apartment because it's so up to date, I love my walk in closet, I have central air and a dish washer. Why I would not recommend this apartment because non residents jump on the elevator with you and they walk in with residents, I've even found non residents sleeping in the hallway and they use the stairs as their personal bathroom. We would benefit from putting cameras in the stairs on all floors
We need more play space for kids and more family friendly things
Why: - Easy access to transportation, enough space in the apartment. Why not:- smell of smoke on the hallway, trash is stuffed in trash chute, People always yelling for someone to get the door for them after 10:30pm
Might be okay here if I didn't have to listen to pounding and banging above me on and off day and night. They keep saying they are fixing security and poor tenants yet I'm still hating this place. O well win some lose some

I can't say that I would recommend this to any associates because of the stiff federal guidelines and the pre-lease deposit concept, while I understand it's importance, it's kind of troublesome.

Hello! Thank you for the fantastic 5-star rating of Broadway Flats. We are excited to see that you're enjoying residing with us and we'll keep up the great work!
I feel safe and it is a family and it has a promising future and it's beautiful warm feeling it's great
I wish I could recommend a family with children to move in but there is literally no parks for children in the area whatsoever it makes it hard for grandparents to entertain grandchildren with no play area in apartment complex .
My boyfriend and I are desperately looking to get out of the lease with these apartments. If you're considering moving here, I advise you otherwise.
My daughter applied for an aprtment and was approved according to a member of there staff. She then paid her deposit and was given a date to move in which was September 1st. 2016. She was to come back in to finalize a few documents and was told by a different staff member because she was still a student and wasnt an award of the state the state she did noy qualify alone afyer she was told that she was!!! So my son took $45 with an application to help her qualify. They took my sons money and told my daughter that he never turned in the application or the fee which he has a copy of the money order. After they had given her the run around and telling her that now she does not meet there critetia until January of 2017 all the while still holding on to her deposit of$425.00. My daughter has requested her money back and they have claimed to.have mailed a check out twice. If u mail a check even if you stop payment of it after a client has told you the check hasnt come a check if mailed would still show up in yhe mail. To yhis date October 24th 2016 they still have yet to return my daughters deposit of $425.00!!!! Tjis is supposed to be a federally funded buliding /program and it appears to be fraudulant. My daughter is 18yrs. Old and on disability. I find i rather disturbing that this is occuring. I have spoken to a staff memeber that keeps assisting the check has been sent and ahe has not recieved a dime. At yhis point i will ne contacting the BBB, HUD, and anyone else to put them on blast for this outrageous procedure. I am sure this is against the law to misuse or mishandle monies from federal programs. What i find to be even more outrageous is the fact they claim the refunds habe to come from texas. Just as easy as My child brought you her money it she be just as easy to return it unless they just waiting for us to FORGET & THAT WILL BE NEVER!!!!! IF I HAVE TO SIT IN THAT OFFICE FROM 7AM UNTIL 10PM MY CHILD IS GETTING HER MONEY BACK. I WILL CALL ALL THE WAY TO THE STATE CAPITAL IF NEED BE!!!!! IF YOU PLANNING TO RENT FROM THEM YOU BETTER MAKE SURE AND DOUBLE CHECK ALL RULES, REGULATIONS, AND CRITERIA BEFORE GIVING THEM A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY x
