The first thing you'll appreciate about Grove City is its excellent location -- it's on the southwest side of Columbus, bordering I-270 and with I-71 located on the city's east side. With commutes to Downtown Columbus taking just 15 minutes, Grove City apartments are perfect for commuters. But once you start exploring, you'll quickly realize there's much more to love about Grove City than your commute time.
With Ohio State University just 10 miles away, college sports fans will appreciate being able to cheer on the Buckeyes at Ohio Stadium. Art lovers will appreciate the Short North Arts District, the Sommer House Gallery, and the Little Theatre off Broadway (paranormal enthusiasts will enjoy learning about the theater's ghost). Parents will appreciate the excellent schools and numerous parks, and history buffs will love the beautiful historic sites.

Property Ratings at Broadway Station
Was a horrible experience. The apartment building is dirty, they never clean the stairwells and there is litter all throughout the grounds. We could hear everything our neighbors did and said. The maintenance is sub par at best and non responsive. We actually were woke up several nights by drunk and drugged up residents screaming in the parking lot. With a bar right down the street the quality of residents is often limited and the domestic disputes we witnessed were scary. The amount of money paid for the apartment does not equate the service unfortunately.
Broadway station has a lot of changes they need to make before this is considered a decent place to live. They are highly overpriced, you can hear all of your neighbors, and the management is not helpful. They have a terrible parking policy, they charge people $35 a month for a preferred parking space and then tow guest who park in the parking lot. They do not offer parking passes for guest and will not notify you or warn you before towing. They are very strict on the towing but not on the “smoke free” portion of their rules. All the neighbors smoke and liter cigarette butts and there is dog poop everywhere. Please find somewhere better to spent your money.
For apartment living, there is no better place. Staff is great, nice gym and new management creates a sense of community. (They just had a BBQ for the community.) Clean and very safe. Check it out...it doesn’t disappoint.

I just moved in 2 months ago and I'm very happy. Apartments are roomy, neighbors are nice and office staff is very friendly! I would highly recommend.
As a resident of Broadway Station I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. From my fellow neighbors, the management and staff, to the facilities. Not to mention everything you need is within walking distance. If we've had a question/issue (a light went out in the closet)/anything at all, the staff is beyond courteous and I believe they really do care about their tenants.
