Everything was clean, quite place and I will definitely recommended

I'm new to the area and struggling to find a place for my kids and I. That is until I walked into Broadway Tower! The entire building is clean and well maintained. The apartments hit ever mark. I can't wait to move in!

Broadway Towers has the best system for submitting maintenance problem and great timing for fixing the problem.

Broadway Tower is an amazing community. The location speaks for itself. Inside, New management, and staff, and a spectacular new maintenance supervisor, that I believe will do much better than previous. Outside, are shops, all kinds of restaurants, including post office and City Hall. Also the MBTA bus to commute to several main locations

Me gusta lo centrado que está,la comodidad para el transporte,la eficacia para eliminar cualquier dificulta,un mantenimiento eficiente,si mantenemos limpio nuestro apartamento no veremos ni ratones ni cucarachas y la preocupación de la manager por siempre mantenernos informados de cualquier cosa importante que Dios le ayude y le de mucha sabiduría para seguir haciendo su trabajo.

The most beautiful and convenience place for living

Broadway towers has been a great place to call home! I’ve been living here for only 6 months and honestly couldn’t ask for any better service than what they provide. The communication with the property management and maintenance is always persistent. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . I highly recommend broadway towers because they always take initiative to strive for the best and to always make the tenants happy & comfortable.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y me siento muy segura,cercano a todas las áreas comerciales,llevo 18 años viviendo aquí y le pido a Dios que me ayude a mantener mi apartamento mis hijos crecieron aquí y el correo,farmacia,restaurantes,city halls,barberias,pizzeria todo nos queda cerca,escuelas,estoy sastifecha.

It is absolutely amazing the work of the management and maintenance team in this place. I see every day a little bit of improvement in different parts of the building in order to make it safe, clean and to add some curb appeal. I feel happy and blessed to be living in this building especially in this difficult time, the Manager and maintenance team are working hard to keep informed and protected residents of the covid19. They have been a great supporter in understanding that many people are out of work and are providing payment agreements and resources for food assistance. Thank you!

Very very poor services... including every thing. The elevator is never fixed, one of elevator is always out of order... The certificate of safety of elevator is already expired last year no one has the time to renew it. The lady in the office is always very very rude, she is not professional at all, and takes offense at everything .There are mice every where,it looks like they are a permanent residents of the building. Very poor maintenance.

Hennisse is a take charge person for real. Made changes to Broadway Tower Immediately, in all ways. Going green is one. Community get togethers. Our bldg. has been updated and makes a person feel good when entering .

My fiancé and I just moved into Broadway Towers. The area is wonderful and conveniently located . There are many shops, restaurants, beaches etc within walking distance. Also the public transport is very easy to access. We, have had a very satisfying experience dealing with the staff at Broadway Towers. We couldn't be any happier! Thank you !!
