Property Ratings at Brockton Woods Apartments
Brockton Woods apartments is a great place to live. All units are only 1 bedroom, and it is mostly single (and mostly older) folks. There is a noise clause on the lease, and it keeps things nice and quiet. The small complex is set back from the street, and surrounded by trees. There is a cemetery on one side, so it is very peaceful. The apartments are small, about 500 sq feet, but they are cute and management has done a great job of keeping everything updated. They replace carpet, appliances, etc as soon as they are needed. One day, my stove went out, and the next day a brand new one was delivered! The management staff is great, very friendly and helpful. They send birthday cards to us every year! I have never felt like I have lived where they care so much about me before. They listen and respond quickly to any and all issues. Oh! And heat is included! I highly recommend Brockton Woods!
