we experienced a flood 34 days ago and we are still waiting on repairs to be completed. we have been in constant communication with the management team and some how have "slipped through the cracks". this is literally what the management team said to us.

If you're looking for a reasonable apartment complex, keep on looking. Rates keep going up, the parking lots flood, and if you're not careful, they'll have your car towed. I'm stuck here until my lease runs out, my roommate has needed to get his car repaired twice due to flooding, and the leasing office gave me the wrong parking sticker, then had my car towed for having the wrong sticker. Cost me $175 just to get my car back from the twits who towed it, and the office refuses to reimburse me for their error.

As the title states, TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF! They aren’t helpful and they don’t know what they are talking about. No visitor parking without prior office approval and constant flooding. Will definitely not be renewing after this
