The vehicles in the parking lot are filled with stoners and smokers. You can't walk your dog or take a walk outside without the dank smell. It is especially bad around the buildings beside the office. Always at night when the staff is gone and they get away with it.

I've had an amazing experience here! Kayla is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very kind and always answers all my questions. Chris, the maintenance person is extremely informative and professional and completed several of my work orders in less than a day! The staff Kayla, Sharon, and Chris are what makes this property as amazing as it is! Very excellent customer service!

Had a great experience with the staff here! They are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They take care of problem’s immediately and do the upmost for the residents. The maintenance team is prompt as well. Grounds are kept clean, and my apartment is perfect! Very clean and spacious. Very happy with my move to Brook Lane!
The new management company has really been working hard addressing concerns, their maintenance guys Chris and Thomas are amazing, they are always out making sure grounds are kept up and are fast and efficient with work orders you have. The 2 ladies that work in the office are so sweet and take the time to listen to you and any concerns or questions you have and try their best to fix it. They make you feel safe and a part of a community. 10/10 recommend Brook Lane.
Do not live at this complex! There has been an on going roach infestation for the last 4 months. Pest control has come out multiple times and nothing has been fixed. The pest control company said until the property management patches up the holes near the plumbing in kitchen and bathroom, this will be an on going issue! Cars have been broken into multiple times, even if doors are locked. They have no cameras in the complex. If you are looking to move here, DON’T!! Management is terrible as well. They do not care what is happening… AT ALL. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Save yourself and find another place to live!
Trash is being consistently built up by some lazy tenant behind the stairs on the backside of our unit I've thrown it away a few times in an effort to keep the place looking nice, but it's become abundantly clear to me that the maintenance staff doesn't even slightly patrol the property in an effort to clean the place so why should I. There's a 100% chance of your package being stolen so if you ever plan on having anything delivered to one of these units they might not be the ones for you I'm on package 15, and I've only been here 2 months (a few of those packages were bulk orders, and one was an at&t modem the generally left the small ones alone,but I've had to switch to having them shipped elsewhere). The gym is meh at best, and the pool is a bathtub. The walls are paper thin I can hear my neighbors steps from above, and below needless to say I will not be renewing the lease after the year is up the place is awful.
Brook lane is a great place to live if you don't mind extremely noisy neighbors, not having anywhere to park, and then they want you to pay for the garage when there should be adequate parking for as much rent as we pay, it should be assigned parking!! I can't take the extremely loud neighbors anymore, I can't take the fact that I have to park up front at the office anymore, I can take the fact that when I walk out my unit have to look at somebody else's cigarette butts and as soon as my lease is up I'm out of here which is very soon!!!! And one more other thing I've made complaints to the office about the extremely loud noise and the parking, call the police about the noise disturbance did everything by the book, and still have noisy neighbors, Now I'm done complaining I'm just going to go

I live behind Dasher Circle (in the back)and they don’t pick up the trash ever. Currently there is a pair of jeans from a neighbor thrown in the grass. A big plastic piece from a dog cage. They keep the grounds clean in the front but the back is disgusting. And for the rent that is paid this should never be. They also don’t have a big enough trash compactor so trash piles up over the weekend. Neighbors are extremely noisy and the residents coordinator is useless to call. I’ll be moving after my lease.
