I love living here. Very quiet and well-maintained. Close to both Kroger and Publix. Walmart is nearby as well as target and the shopping mall. Many smaller shops also in the area. Interstate is no more than 10 minutes away.

I absolutely. Love living at brook valley apartments. The leasing managers michelle and anna and Mr Lee are outstanding. They genuinely care about the tenants. Always patient, kind ,caring and respectful. The maintenance crew are amazing. They never have attitudes or respond late. Always respond in a timely manner when u put a request order in.. i have lived in a few apartments in my time but being able to live in briok valley with this management crew has been a blessing for me.. i dont know about the staff before. But i love whos here now. And my apartment complex is always quiet and clean. Never people hangin out out side. Very peaceful. I would recommend the world to live here. Cant wait to renew my lease!!!

This is by far the best rental company. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love how they do little things for the residents such as raffle night, comedy night, pool party, and more. Animal friendly and with poop cleaning stations! Someone is almost always visible during working hours and the maintenance crew is amazing.

I love the people they chose to maintain this property. Lee is one of the most down to earth people I know. April is a family favorite and Anna is a hop skip and jump from being my best friend. It’s livable but my water been leaking black stuff for three years just have to run it for a sec. Ceilings cracking and water damage in ceiling in my laundry room but it’s livable. No dirty person roaches but I do get water bugs constantly and these weird lil black bugs but it’s doable with my Avion bug repellent from Amazon. Wood floors are very soft, easy to damage but it’s livable! My tub is peeling paint which I cannot take a bath only showers…ugh, but it’s livable. You may like it here because maintenance is on point and very friendly. New management seems to be cool, thank goodness for them! Overall I would recommend it here but I would definitely make it short term. It’s livable! Oh and the trash area is always very well kept!!! Like I said, it’s livable!

Great area and front office. Literally in the middle of everything so transportation isn’t an issue. Also love how it’s quiet and how the school busses come right in to pick my kids up.

I’ve been living here for 2yrs and I love my apartment. I’m the current occupant of a 2bd 2ba unit and the space is great allowing my little one to roam around and play freely. It’s pet friendly and there’s pet stops all over for disposal. The staff here are super great and welcoming love the professionalism. Big shout out to Tez and Lee they’re great and fix any issues I have even when it’s late. Anna is a breathe of fresh air she’s so sweet and super understanding. The staff makes me feel like family and I love it so much. I’ve even referred a friend to stay here! They’re always doing activities for the community even movie nights. This is a great place to live and I highly recommend.

I have lived here for about 6 months. Experience has been good and I have had no complaints. Maintenance handles all of my requests in a timely manner. I will be renewing and plan to stay another year! Thanks to the brook valley community, y you guys are the best!!

The new Management team is amazing. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance crew is A-1. It's a quiet community in the heart of Douglasville. I stay in the back, but there is literally NO noise.
