Very nice staff, neighbors have been nice. Loving the apartment. All is well so far. Very thankful for the maintenance coming to fix any issues we’ve had. Thankful for the office and their amazing communication about everything.

the apartment complex is amazing and does everything they can to make u happy. they make sure they listen to your accommodations and help in anyway they can.

Quiet and great place to stay love it going on year 2 and have more people looking into also moving in the community. Staff is always nice and helpful whenever I call or go into the office

Its ok so far. Cant complain. I sometimes wish there were pet amenities and a bigger playground for the children. Otherwise, I am content. Much love and blessings to the Brook Valley Staff.

Overall the apartments are beautiful. The staff is nice . Transparency is needed. Haven’t really got to experience much. However so far so good. Maintenance needs improvement.

I love living here! The apartments are located close to two major supermarkets, both kroger and Publix. The mall is 10 minutes away. Interstate 20 is about 10 minutes away. Target Walmart, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Burlington, and other major outlets are very nearby. Nice restaurants are also in the area

Excellent, maintenance excellent office workers excellent. 100% excellent. Everyone is friendly if there's an issue within the units that are on it very quickly. I have nothing bad to say about this complex

Great place to live. Quiet and clean. Near Kroger and Publix. Interstate 10 minutes away. Walmart, Target, Burlington, Home Goods, Kohls,Ross and more in surrounding areas. Mall less than 15 minutes away.

Nice, quiet community. It feels like home here. The leasing office staff are always nice and professional. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner.

This is a nice quiet neighborhood I'm not afraid to leave my car unlocked and every time I have a maintenance issue they always fix it in a timely manner whenever I have to go into or call the office they always respectful and professional and helpful

More communication and support from the staff would be more better there are some things I feel that brookvalley should work on with they community!

The employees are soooooo kind and nice, it’s a peaceful neighborhood and I love living here! The landlady always make sure the place is nice and clean. I feel safe living here as well. Hope to be here for many years

I love living here. Very quiet and well-maintained. Close to both Kroger and Publix. Walmart is nearby as well as target and the shopping mall. Many smaller shops also in the area. Interstate is no more than 10 minutes away.

I've been here since August and just a few minors things but overall a great comnunity. They have lots of cool events that they donfor the residents as well.

Overall it’s been an ok experience, there is still a lot of issues left unresolved and issues have been addressed multiple times. Some of the units need a lot of remodeling.

Great experience so far mo issues property is clean and well kept everything is quit and smooth really enjoy loving here. My apartment is very spacious and lots of natural light.

I have been a resident for 4 years and don’t see myself moving anytime soon. Quiet neighborhood, close to the highway, and the mall. Even with changing property management, I am still satisfied

I had the pleasure of meeting Anna on 11/09 this past Saturday to view an apartment. Anna was absolutely sweet , very helpful and informative. She immediately stopped everything she was doing to assist me. I can’t wait to be apart of this community. It was very clean and so quiet. The model she showed me definitely sold me. 10/10

I absolutely. Love living at brook valley apartments. The leasing managers michelle and anna and Mr Lee are outstanding. They genuinely care about the tenants. Always patient, kind ,caring and respectful. The maintenance crew are amazing. They never have attitudes or respond late. Always respond in a timely manner when u put a request order in.. i have lived in a few apartments in my time but being able to live in briok valley with this management crew has been a blessing for me.. i dont know about the staff before. But i love whos here now. And my apartment complex is always quiet and clean. Never people hangin out out side. Very peaceful. I would recommend the world to live here. Cant wait to renew my lease!!!

Love my apartment it's nice a comfy love the rooms and the bathrooms also the sun room i would like to have different appliances but I can get it together my self

Living at Brook valley recently has been a breath of fresh air. Recently they have restaffed and ever since I have seen drastic changes in amenities, living conditions, property upkeep and just a general much happier vibe among the residents here.

Staff is very helpful. Repairs are also managed in a timely manner.

This is by far the best rental company. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love how they do little things for the residents such as raffle night, comedy night, pool party, and more. Animal friendly and with poop cleaning stations! Someone is almost always visible during working hours and the maintenance crew is amazing.

Brookvalley is a great Apartment because of the environment it is peaceful everybody mind there own business.

I would like t start off by saying that, this apartment complex is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. This apartment complex is amazing. Ever since I moved here this place has gotten better, and better every day. I have had so much fun. To all the new people in town I'm telling you that you should come, and check it out.

I've been here for 6 years, and the new Management team is amazing!!! We now have rent reporting, so that helps a lot. The maintenance team is A1. HANDS DOWN the best apartment experience since Sequan and his team has been here. I may never move now.

I've stayed in brook valley over a year now and everyone from the management to the residents are very welcoming great place to stay with children pets also allowed pet friendly

I love my apartment complex. The people are nice and inviting. I have two kids and the bus comes to the in of the road. Also they have a lovely pool for parties.

I love the people they chose to maintain this property. Lee is one of the most down to earth people I know. April is a family favorite and Anna is a hop skip and jump from being my best friend. Every place has its ups and downs but it’s water under the bridge. I hope one day to look back and smile on the memories I’ve had here
