Property Ratings at Brook View Apartment Homes
Brook view completely meets my needs and is a very quiet and peaceful community. While I really don't use many of the amenities, it is nice to know that they are always there in case I would like to use them
I have just moved in its a very nice and quiet community, the staff are very helpful and kind its like im in my own home with family. The place is stunning very clean so happy to be here.
Lovely place to live. The apartments are well maintained with nice layouts. Beautiful and convenient location . The staff is great, accommodating and quick to resolve any issues that come up.
My community is spacious, has beautiful scenery, and is maintained/run incredibly well. The staff was very responsive, nice, and helpful! Thank you for all you do.
Beautiful place. Excellent relationship between management and renters. Excellent response time to maintenance requests. Just renewed my lease for year 2. Lived seeing the grounds in the snow!!
They like to spackle and paint over things and call it fixed but it’s nice and quiet for the most part. The surrounding area is good to live by as there are many restaurants around.
We have lived here for just over a year now and there are pros and cons for Brookview. Recently the gates have been broken constantly allowing anyone to drive right into the community. Also parking has become a major issue. If you come into the community after 6pm, there are no spots and the only available spots have been extremely far away from our unit. The positive is that all of our neighbors are friendly and our neighbors are extremely quiet on both sides now. The staff and maintenance are nice and helpful.
Very good service when a repair is needed. Our apt faces one of the ponds, rather than a parking lot as some other Apts we looked at Very quiet no road noise at all
it’s a decent apartment. you pay for a luxury apartment that doesn’t seem As luxury compared to other places. walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors but it’s overall a nice community. settling and signs of water damage
Good neighborhood with nice people! Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Pond is serene with beautiful birds and fountains. Apartment feels more like condo living.
We have lived here for almost a year now and really like the community and location of the apartments in Marlton! I do like the lake with the ducks and heron. The community gym is also always empty and grills are widely available as well. Unfortunately, the apartment next to us has tenants that scream all hours of the day as well as blast music excessively loud. The gates are also broken all of the time, so the private community really isn’t all that secure.
Quiet clean community. Older building that shows signs of settling. Needs more parking spaces as neighbors park on side of road. Love the pond.
Love it! This place is kept up very nice and we are not bothered. Anytime we need anything the office is pretty responsive and fast acting. Will be staying!
Very nice community convenient to I-70, I-73, I-295 & NJ Turnpike, Professional office staff and competent on-site maintenance staff. Pleasant to take walks around.
Nice community, dog friendly! Well landscaped and maintained. Feels like condo living! Very pleased with maintenance team and everyone is friendly.
The apartment and the complex are very well maintained. Sarita and the staff are great! Any and all issues large or small are addressed immediately and resolved quickly. Neighbors have been polite, curtious and respectful of each others privacy. And "location-location-location", This place is situated close to everything yet nestled away off the beaten path. Very comfortable place to live.
It's very peaceful here. I'm surprised at how quiet it is being near 2 main roads. The staff is friendly and quick with a greeting. Glad I found this hidden gem.
I have been living a Brook View Apartments for the past 6 months and it has been pretty good overall! The pond is really pretty and nice to walk around. All of the neighbors we have met are very friendly! The maintenance staff comes the next day after repair requests are submitted, which is great! The only issues are the gates break often, which is frustrating because anyone can come into our community and they stay open for days on end sometimes. Another issue is our neighbors on one side of us blast music at all hours of the day and also scream constantly at one another. Overall we enjoy the community and living here at Brookview.
We love it here! Very friendly neighbors and quiet area! Love the amount of space there is as well as the kids play area! Can't wait to feed the ducks at the ponds with my kid.
Brookview apartments are a great place to live!!!! We enjoy it very much. The ponds are a great feature and good for walking and being outside!
Helpful maintenance staff and well maintained grounds. Nice club house. Interior of apartment could use some sprucing up. Dripped paint all over the floors and a few maintenance concerns that needed to be addressed that should have been corrected before move in. Staff was receptive to making things right.
Nice property! Clean. Good maintenance and friendly staff. Live here three years. Highly recommend this apartment living situation. Very happy living here.
Love living here.always clean. The pond is awesome . Great maintenance the guys are great????Love seeing all the pets. Everyone is very friendly. The office staff are always helpful.
Only negative is the reluctance of some of the dog owners to pick up after their pets. It's a problem not only on the grounds in general but now it's a problem in the dog park.
Sound. Walls are thin between units and you can hear every little sound.
I have put in multiple maintenance requests including my move in documents and have yet to see any responses. Some requests are met, but others not at all. The condition of the apartment especially the dirtiness/threadbare nature of the carpet as well as the state of some appliances at move in was not commensurate with the rent obligation, and not being able to get them fixed in a timely manner makes the circumstances worse. Windows are not clear/cannot be seen through so the wonderful views promised in the literate are obstructed by filthy Windows that need replacing.
It is expensive, but I also recognize every thing and place is expensive right now.
Overall I would recommend Brook View. It's a very quiet well kept community. Its conveniently located and suits all of my needs. Just thoroughly inspect your living space prior to signing anything until it's fixed.
Very nice community area and enough space in apartments for comfortable living,
It is good that i would recommend. Safe and nice layout.
I understand why it says to call for pricing for most apartments... if you're embarrassed about asking for such a high amount, maybe you should ask for less ;) Honestly though, it felt like a very safe community, and the staff was friendly and very helpful with any issues. Sometimes loud kids would be playing outside, but that's normal anywhere, really. Also, due to the placement of the panel to open the gates, food delivery drivers would get confused, like, 70% of the time, even if you give them very specific instructions. The main issue we had was that my fiancé and I lived in a two-bedroom with a roommate, and my fiancé and I decided we wanted to get our own place, since we were planning to be getting married soon. Since we were comfortable here, we decided to look into one-bedroom apartments. Turns out they were more expensive than the three of us had been paying for the two-bedroom we were renting. The reason we had a roommate in the first place was for financial reasons, so that was obviously out of the question. It was pretty disappointing, since we did really like this place. Guess we just didn't deserve it, though.
Management team very professional and kind, maintenance crew always assisting you and we the green areas and new trees that are planted to keep a beautiful landscape.
This is a great place to love. I’m also well-aware this is prob a very tough time for maintenance personnel.
Before coming to Brook View, I lived in 4 bedroom house, big yard going into the woods, on a dead end street. I visited many places like Brook View, however, the other communities just didn't measure up to Brook View. I can easily say, I love my current environment as much or more than a home I owned for 22 years.
The community is in a central location and offers a home like feeling. Property manager has been extremely helpful and professional.
Like the fact that it's a gated community. Convenient to just about everything. Units appear to be well constructed since monthly utility bills are very reasonable.
With the exception of not having a pool (which I'm not sure I'd use anyway), this is an ideal living environment.
Everyone is friendly and it doesn'??t feel like ur living in a '??rental'?? community.
Sarita and Lianne are excellent. Very professional, personable and helped us secure the apartment we were looking for. We certainly appreciate all their help and timely follow up and responses. Thanks again Dan&Debbie Goetz
Maintenance is A1. Office staff is wonderful. Townhouse is perfect.
The level of customer service that everyone here at Brook View continuously provides is outstanding!!!
yes
Felt I was overcharged for damages. I had to pay $100 extra per month for pets for over 3 years, yet still charged to recharger the whole house when there was only one spot in a door jamb that was damaged. I was a good tenant. I didn?t ask for much. It left a very sour feeling. I would not come back while LeighAnn remains in office.
The people were all friendly, the grounds are clean and pretty, the apartments are nice and it is a safe area close to everything.
maintenance staff is amazing! Every challenge we have had when we moved in - was addressed and we are very pleased with the overall community here.
The community is safe, the management team and maintenance team respond immediately. The apartment was spotless with new carpeting and flooring and freshly painted - I felt comfort in moving my belongings in. Having a garage is partly the reason I moved to this community.
I love it here. The only problem is that people are not picking up their dogs poops. There needs to be a dna test that will be kept on file for each dog. If there are poops on property they will be tested and the owner of pet will be fined more than the 50$ fine in place. After Second time terminations of lease will be given to pet owner. The only way to stop. The dog park is an disgrace! .
I love it here. My unit is perfect! Thank you for creating such a quiet, clean, safe and fully equipped community. I tell everyone about how much I love my apartment! The condition at move in time exceeded my expectations. First rate all the way around!
The front office always did an amazing job getting information out. I?ve never had an issue and they always wanted to help.
