Situated about four miles southwest of Downtown Fargo and five miles southwest of North Dakota State University, Willow Park is a fast-growing neighborhood filled with mature trees and tidy homes along quiet streets. Willow Park extends from 13th Avenue south to I-94, with 45th Street South forming the eastern border. I loved talking with the management team, they were very nice and helped a lot. The apartment was great for my first apartment, but I moved in with things that needed to be fixed that have yet to be fixed as I'm nearing the end of my lease. Responses via email took forever, so my questions almost never got answered. Overall good for a starting apartment.
