There are so many reasons why I like living at Brookfield Reserve. The location is great, I really like my apartment, everything around the complex is well-maintained and looks nice, I love all the trees, lots of dogs to brighten my days, a great workout room, and the people that work here are very nice. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and one of the things I am most thankful for is living at Brookfield Reserve….

I am so pleased that I chose to reside at Brookfield Reserve…….I love my apartment, and its convenient location, and I especially like the fitness center. The staff is responsive, and even though I don’t have a dog right now, I thank everyone who lets me get my “doggy fix”, by petting their dogs while I am out walking around this beautiful area.

The location is phenomenal and the management team is very responsive & friendly. My first year here was practically perfect, I loved it. Once I did a unit transfer at renewal I had a different experience. The team was great with communicating open units, however the unit was not cleaned when I got here. It was honestly gross. Things were dirty & broken. They had to come back several times to clean/fix things. It’s never felt like my home, more so that I’ve been living in someone else’s. The rent is also very high for the size/quality. The pool is beautiful, nice amenities- however things have been down a lot more frequently in the last 2 years; elevators, coffee machines, etc. The new parking management isn’t as user friendly as the prior. The power outages are frequent with storms. The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night with an evacuation with no reasoning was frustrating. Overall it’s been nice living here, merely ready to save money & have more space.

Just moved in a week ago and I am beyond satisfied. My apartment is gorgeous and the staff here are amazing. I am so excited to call Brookfield Reserve my new home.
A nice place to live. Nicely located. The units themselves are nice. The amenities, such as elevator, are nice when they function properly. Staff do keep tenants informed generally when these aren't functioning properly.

I've lived in many apartment buildings and this is by far the best. Pricey for WI but it's worth it - the location and convenience are part of it but the management and maintenance staff, more than anything, justify the price. It's not one of those "luxury" apartments that says luxury but have horrible management and maintenance response time. The only downside is that the building is very prone to power outages so be prepared to get through 24-72 hours without power.

I've been living at the Brookfield Reserve for 4 years and it has been the best apartment I've lived in - management and maintenance have always been very thoughtful and on top of things. Their work ethic and commitment to residents comfort shine through esp. in times of difficulties (e.g. how they handle prolonged power outages, how they help with heavy deliveries without being asked).

We love living here. Management is so great and responsive! The location cannot be beat, close to shopping and the freeway. Heated garage parking is a major plus this winter.

The Brookfield Reserve team exceeded all expectations! Having relocated from a city five hours away, I aimed to have my furniture delivered a few days before my move-in. Regrettably, it arrived weeks earlier than anticipated. They graciously accommodated the situation by storing my furniture in an unoccupied apartment until my arrival. Upon reaching my new home, I was delighted to find that they had seamlessly transferred all the delivered boxes into my apartment. The level of communication and dedication exhibited by this team is truly exceptional – they are simply outstanding!
The community here is great! Management is always friendly and they usually respond very quickly to any issues and often go above and beyond their job to help out when they can.

I have lived in 6 different luxury apartment complexes ranging from 3rd Ward, Milwaukee to Brickell, Miami. I love living here. The on site management and leasing staff are awesome-helpful-quick to respond-and find solutions quickly?? Rhe maintenance staff is friendly, approachable. And quick to respond. They are knowledgeable and efficient. My only issue ia some difficulty with visitor parking. Entry, and navigating to find an apartment. That being said I’ve never felt more safe in an apartment complex. Common areas are clean and updated. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful but small upscale units and waiting list for storage. Pricey and hoping the Re t doesn’t increase beyond standard of living. More distinct signage in the hallways would be nice. Artwork in the hallways would also be nice. They are drab. Pool and community areas are beautiful., Management has been wonderful and quick to respond. Very easy to work with. My experience has been great at Brookfield Reserves. I love that they have events almost every month and the staff is very friendly! The maintenance staff is very fast on getting things fixed and they fix what ever maintenance problem correctly.

I love living at Brookfield Reserves the staff are very friendly and the maintenance team is very urgent and l punctual on the maintenance request! I also enjoy the events almost every month!
So the experience has been great. They have a great front office and everyone is very attentive. I really enjoy the pool area and it is well maintained. The two coffee bars are convenient and have many delicious flavors. The gym is also very convenient with lots of cardio machines and free weights as well as weight machines.

I have been at this apartment for just about four years now, and honestly there are no major concerns with living here. Great community and awesome staff.

Brookfield Reserve is a wonderful place for young professionals living the life. Great amenities, a safe area, and nothing to worry about. Very friendly staff. Only downside is that rates follow the market and if you don't lock in at a good time, you may end up paying a lot more. I would like to move into a bigger unit when my lease is up, but we'll see how things are then. For anybody just looking for a unit for themselves and can afford to pay a little more on rent, I highly recommend Brookfield Reserve.

The neighbors are loud at all times of the night. Not a quiet building anymore.
