I always get voice mail every time i call the office for a service request. most of the time with no response. My daughter usually has to come over and go to the office to make a service request for me since I am disabled.

Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The neighborhood is really nice and well maintained. Sometimes neighbors can be loud, but it's expected when living in apartments.

Front office does not care to help very much. Nice place to live overall. Fireplaces never got turned on, dog park has dog bath that doesn’t not work still.

The exterior of the neighborhood is still very nice. The pool is open year around but somehow, it is never clean, well rarely cleaned. The office staff are nice but never in the office. The neighbors are very friendly and semi-understanding, some seem to not understand that nose is not optional because we are all living and experiencing apartment living. If I am on the top or second floor, your ceiling is my floor, and I cannot stress this enough... The exit gate is always open which takes away from us living in a "private community". I still love my apartment, although, I am just not too sure if it's worth the price if you cannot actually enjoy your living experience; a lot can change in 6 months.

Great place to live, clean and repairs made in a timely manner. The only thing that could be improved is the pool, it isn’t kept up with and cleaned as much as it should, often residents are cleaning out the bugs and debris out of the pool and the ants are relentless as well as the wasps, bug spray is definitely needed out there.
