Property Ratings at Brookgate Apartments
People smoke inside and outside apartments. Smoke drifts into hallways and other apartments. I'm writing this as of 9-24-18. Don't be fooled by the promise of a non smoking environment that you will be promised upon signing your lease.
I lived here for 3 years and was lucky enough to get the quietest apartment probably in the whole place. Everyone that lives in buildings #1 and #2 are very friendly and very helpful. Building #3 I would avoid like the plague; the fire alarm (that goes through the whole building) goes off almost religiously every other night about 2 or 3am. Living about ten feet from Rt 8 didn't bother me at all, even at night with the windows open. Maintenance crew is fantastic, landlord is great and very prompt whenever I had an issue. I'd love to move back here if my old unit ever opened up, again!
