Property Ratings at Brookhill Village Apartments
I have lived here the last year and i love it. The apartments are clean and nice sized. Very reasonable pricing. Every time i have had a complaint it was promptly taken care of. if it couldn't be repaired quickly i was notified they are working on it. Jennifer is very knowledge and helpful to work with. Couldn't ask for better neighbors. Particularly enjoy hearing the children playing.
Im currently a resident at Brookhill and although I like my neighbors I do have a few complaints. Ive been trying to get my A/C fixed for 3 weeks and now my hot water heater has went out and I cant get anyone to return my call on not having hot water. Maintenance issues are ridiculous......

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. At that time, we were still in the process of hiring for the maintenance position. We now have a full time maintenance tech who will be providing 24 hour maintenance to all of our residents. Again, I am very sorry for you having to deal with this issue.
