Brookline Townhomes

Brookline Townhome’s has been one of the best experiences we’ve had since moving back to the states. From the very beginning the staff have been super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always ready to help and is super friendly. Our community feels safe and clean. It is also very quiet. There are multiple parks near by and we are super close to the Valley Mall and everything else you need. 10/10 living experience.

Love the natural lighting, counter/flooring and overall floor layout. Homes are very spacious, located in a quiet community and close to a shopping district. This is the nicest place out of all I looked at in Spokane. Highly recommend!

Overall, Brookline is a wonderful place to live. They have locations all over Spokane, have wonderful amenities, and a fantastic management team. If you are looking for a new place to plant your roots, a Brookline townhome is where it should be.

We have adjusted well to our community, we have many friends here and most everyone are friendly stop and chat often. Its a safe area close to my children s school which is a win win.

We have been SO PLEASED with our experience at Brookline Townhomes from start to finish. It's truly been such a breeze which was a complete breathe of fresh air considering the current rental market and how tough of a time we have had looking for a rental for our family. Amanda was wonderful and has been so helpful since day one. We are thankful to be given the opportunity to live in this community and won't have any issue sticking around until we are able to purchase a home of our own. Thank you, Brookline!

The home was in excellent repair when I moved in; the leasing process went smoothly and staff were always ready to answer questions. Maintenance staff has been very responsive and helpful. This is a very pleasant place to live.

It is a nice well kept living place. Other than mail services we are very happy.

We have enjoyed living in one of Brookline's Townhomes. It is comfortable, we don't have to worry about anything, from lawncare to household maintenance. The neighborhood is quiet and the location couldn't be more perfect.

The staff made our move in easy and they were knowledgeable about how to complete everything online. They took the extra steps of guiding us along the way and we were appreciative of the help. The homes are in excellent condition and we would definitely recommend friends and family who were looking for a quality residence.

The application process was smooth, management has been great, and the townhouse is spacious, comfortable, and pet friendly! I love the neighborhood I live in. Lots of kids and people always out, makes the neighborhood feel more safe!

We enjoy the quiet neighborhood the most. The lay out is great, i really love the openness. Being able to cook and do the dishes but still being the conversations in the living room or watch the TV is great! The maintenance team is top notch. Greg and Tony are such great guys, the new guy is very nice as well. The office staff seems to always be friendly and helps with any questions.

Brookline has been an amazing place to live for my children and I. The Valley community all our children play together and we have had many resident get together safely. Its so nice to live in a safe connected community.

We are going on our third year here, and have never had a real serious problem. The management and maintenance have always been on the ball and very helpful.Our neighbors are friendly and we all work together to solve any problems which there are few. Normal things like dogs leaving presents has not been a problem, when we clean up after our little guy we clean up stray presents, and always carry a puppy poo disposable bags , it helps. The kids have always been well behaved and a joy to have near ! I think the only problem might be the lawn maintenance people, the water settings are either not set or set to often saturating the grass, it can become a bit swampy. If you have some outdoors statues etc, and are able to lift them, bring them indoors, your garage and so on when you go to bed at night or are going to away for couple days. There isn't usually a problem that we have seen, but always be prepared, you never know.

Its a nice townhomes and good area .also requesting any work its great do it by online portal .so overall we had no problem yet .

I struggled with the website at first trying to apply, but the gal at the admin office was super helpful and very responsive! She answered questions I had through email and was always willing to help. The application process was super easy, got approved right away! Due to COVID I wasn't able to move in as early as I wanted, but the end result was worth it. The house is spacious, beautiful, cozy, and in a good area. I love hearing all the neighbor kids playing - it is good to know there are good people here to deter vagrants. The rent is a good price (especially for the amount of space there is!) and the two car garage is awesome. Perfect for me!

I was looking for a safe, livable home that I could move my father into with me and my son. This was in the right location, it had the best floor plan and was accessible in all ways to him. It was a great find!

Everyone is very friendly

The layout is perfect for maximum quietness between neighbors. Lots of natural light with open concept that flows well.

Perfect for someone looking for low maintenance, close to the freeway, private, quiet community. Price is fair for what you get.

These townhomes show excellent quality & workmanship throughout! Real sense of friendliness within the townhome community, and management has been great to work with!

Love the high ceilings and very bright and cheery inside. Like the attached garage, a necessity in our climate. Like that my pets are welcome here.

Great community, staff is friendly and helpful, homes are clean updated and move in ready! Pet friendly!! Only thing missing is a more private outdoor space.

Living at Brookline made Spokane Valley feel like home.

We recently moved into the Townhomes in Colbert. This place is amazing! It has all the modern finishes, from the floors to countertops you can tell this place is special. It is a great place for our little ones to play in the back yard and the city pool across the street is an added bonus! We enjoy living here very much.

We love living here. It is a great alternative to apartment living while you try to find a home. I love the quality of our home in the Spokane Valley! The leasing staff is super friendly and always wants to help. The maintenance crew is aweome! We will be sad to leave when our home is finished but would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Brookline is a fantastic Townhome Management office. The community I am at is very private, quaint, friendly and well manicured. Our home is very spacious, especially the master bedroom. The living space is a little smaller than other floor plans but it works perfectly for what we have and need. Our Corgi loves it too! Amazing community and we highly recommend it.

We live in the cutest neighborhood! We have a lovely view of Greenacres and very kind neighbors. Our master bedroom is an absolute dream and is HUGE! We have more space than we need but it is perfect for our little family (we also have a fur baby). The kitchen is huge and we even have a back porch that is super spacious. We love living at Brookline and highly recommend it.

I moved in to Brookline Townhomes(Timberlane Rd location) in November with my son and fiancé to accommodate our growing family. I absolutely love how quiet it is. The floor plan is ranch style and is so spacious. Our kitchen living and master are so huge. And we love our two car garage! This is a perfect forever home or transition home.

On other websites, somehow negative reviews of Diamondrock seem to disappear immediately, leaving only the 5-star glowing reviews behind. Do people really think that a company this large has only been reviewed once or twice and the reviews are always perfect? Anyway, we love our Diamondrock home and our wonderful neighbors, but would seriously caution anyone who is looking to go into business with Diamondrock. They are very accommodating just long enough to get you into a home and then suddenly they can't be bothered to return phone calls and weasel their way out of fixing everything- even when tenant safety is at risk. Diamondrock has no loyalty to long-term renters and actually charges increased rent for longer leases. Our last lease renewal included a 21% increase in monthly rent... 21% IN ONE LEASE PERIOD!!! I have never been this frustrated by a property management company and all of the frustrations started when Diamondrock started working with Riverstone/Greystar. Please think twice before you decide you want to take on these hassles!
