Look somewhere else!
This apartment complex management is horrible. Nothing ever gets fixed. I have broken toilets for two years now. Multiple work orders ha e been put in they just mark them as fixed. This place is cheap and in a good location. This is the only reason people move here. Then they get stuck because of the economy.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER
I’ve lived here for my year long lease and it’s the WORST. You have a complaint about anything? You might as well not waste your time with telling management. Might as well write it down on a piece of paper and burn the paper. That’s how effective the staff is. Trying to get in contact with the office? Good luck. You might as well try to call Mars, you might get an actual dial tone if you call Mars unlike if you call the office here. They have “rules” but don’t enforce them AT ALL. It’s basically a playground around here. Actually wouldn’t even call it that because at least people MAINTAIN a playground. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great property.
I just moved in and the manager, Isis, made the process easy and smooth. She went through the lease contract word by word. The unit has great features such as the wood panel look to the flooring. I was absolutely satisfied how the apt was renovated. Basically two people make this complex great Isis and her maintenance staff. The staff keeps a clean property and will fix anything that breaks immediately!! They are more than willing to help you anyway possible! I've no issues with neighbors at all. Very friendly and quite community. Though it is not the newest place in the neighborhood, you can't find better place when it comes to price vs location/property ratio. Isis as a manager always makes sure her residents are satisfied!

Amazed with the community
My experience since I came to tour with isis has been nothing but great. This is our first time renting and isis has made super easy by communicating every step of the way. I cannot express how easy and stressful free it has been. We are Super excited to move in.

I love love love my apartment. My stay has been fabulous and love it here. I love that it has a homey vibe and you feel right at home when you go to the office. Most defintely recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the Rosenberg area.

Awesome service
My stay here is been excellent. I love the customer service and the way Mrs. Kim treats all of us. Every time I go into the office it is such a delight to see her I'm so happy that she is here. My maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner and and issues I have always get resolved. I just love my apartment

04/01/2018 If you are looking for a nice quiet and friendly place to call home you need to visit Brookmoore Hollow Apts and talk to Vanessa our office manager. She is awesome. Very helpful. Grounds are kept up very well. Family area is quite nice. A very quiet and friendly community. I would highly recommend the complex to anyone.

Just visited the property, very impressed with what I saw including the “model” apartment. Property was very clean and quiet. Even though the pool isn’t open its very blue kept up with. Super happy with what I saw.

Great place
I just resigned another years lease. This is my 8th year. My kids have grown up here, I bought my first grand baby home here. This is our home. I love my neighbors they are so friendly and we all look out for one another. Vanessa is wonderful she always has a smile on her face and greats everybody. Maintenance is also very good. Great community
I've lived here since 7/2017. I enjoy the peaceful and tucked away feeling of my community. I love my one bedroom apartment home. Awesome??
My husband and I recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment in this community. We are very happy with our new home, the property is very clean and well maintained. We love the grilling area which is next to the pool. The manager Vanessa has been very helpful and efficient in assisting us with our move - in and any other needs that have arisen. Great location and affordable
I lived here for over half a year and i love it. It not even a mile to 59 which is great cause i love away from family. Its also a clean and qiuet place, i work night shift so this is important to me. Even during the day the complex is peaceful. Its a good price range being im a single mom for 2 bedroom so there space for me and my daughter. Im glad my friend recommemded this property to me. JanieM 7/1/2016

The management is very nice and helpful. The parking is great and very accessible to all units. The location is very convenient to those with elementary age children, as there is a school just across the apartment complex. The outside and pool is always kept very clean. I HAVE LIVED AT BROOKMORE HOLLOW APTS FOR 2 1/2 YEARS AND AM VERY HAPPY HERE. THE COMPLEX IS SMALL AND QUIET. THE MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN INSECT PROBLEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO A FRIEND. DENISE

Very kid friendly place to live. Not only is the elementary school across the street but they have a pool, playground, and pucnic tables. Vanessa and Aaron also have family events a few times a year. My family has attended a movie popcorn night, a halloween and a pool parties. Great community-based apartments! 02/03/16 Juana

I have been living here for over 2 years now and i would recommend the complex to anyone. The quietness and calmness are great. Everyone is so friendly especially the manager and the maintenance.

This is still a great place to live, I've been here for several years now and I still enjoy the complex. I've never had no issues with any of my apartment needs and any repairs are done on a timely manner.

Brookmore hollow Apartments has come along way,it has really improved with the residents,cleaning,and helping out with what ever we need...my kids love it get along with the other residents children.

This is a great place to stay. If you have kids in elementary school the school is right across the street. The manager and maintenance is very efficient in everything at the apartment.
