Amazing Community! Shante’s and Sikethia were extremely friendly, up beat and awesome to work with. Community landscaping and lobby was beautiful and if you are looking for a new home. Be sure to visit and take a tour. 110% rating!

I highly recommend this apartment Nicole was the best she got the job done and keep me updated about the apartment.

I took a tour last year 2018 the model was very nice but the only thing I had a problem with was dogs roaming around without a leash. (Pitbull) i wasn't comfortable at all!

Ms. Tikeria and Ms. Pam went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth move in. They were super transparent and really made me feel like family. Loving my spacious two bed/two bath unit!! You guys are the best!!

Went in for a tour on Saturday. Very fun place with nice amenities. The apartment that we toured was a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It was very spacious and renovated. LOVED the way the inside looks with the black appliances and gray floors & walls. We met with Tikeria and also the assistant manager of the property. It was a smooth process and they made me feel wanted and welcomed at the property. It was Takeria's birthday, but yet she was still working VERY hard to please me. Also, she gave us a tour knowing that it may rain in the midst of the tour. Now that is PHENOMENAL! It was a genuine enviornment and I loved that. It was so nice and the staff was so awesome and REAL that I decided to apply. I am currently awaiting a response.

As a resident for four years I would like to commend our Apt. Manager 'Pam' here at Brooks Crossing Apts. She is everything she appears to be and more. Pam is intuitive,dedicated, personal and just the type of person you appreciate knowing. You will come to love her as I have over the years. She is a great counselor and lots of fun. Also, Todd, the maintenance is very prompt and always good about fixing anything that is not functioning... FYI...

I've been staying here for about six months and the office staff has been nothing but helpful every time I come in the office!

My cousin have been living here since November and the Staff members have not tried to fix anything in there apartment which was 704 and they are so quick to wanna termination of someone’s lease and don’t wanna talk to anybody so my words are don’t move here this place is HELL

I searched for an apartment for Months this was in my Top 3 choices ! Ive been here for few Months the management is quick with any concerns and Tikeria helped me with my whole walkthru and paperwork ! Professional Rating on my end !!!!

Tikeria works at the Front Desks and is always so helpful. If I have a problem with my apartment she urgently responds with support and care.

I’m currently apartment hunting! And when I tell you this place made me feel like home the minute I walked through the leasing office! Tikeria was so helpful and attentive, she give me all the answers I needed and more! If this wasn’t to far from my job she would’ve had me sold! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for affordable living and make sure you go and talk to Tikeria! She’s a angel!

Highly disappointing Was astonished to see everything that needed to be done to my apartment Dirty blinds, soggy bathroom floors, rusty sink, and shower head, entire apartment smells of mold

I stopped by Brooks Crossing just to take a step out on faith. It’s very pleasing to see kids outside playing. Latisha was absolutely amazing helping me. She was very nice and welcoming. I seen no red flags when viewing the property. I was really looking for a place where my kids could be kids n it didn’t look like a dump. They are affordable and understanding I’m looking forward to moving in. Will do another review once I move in for a more accurate review. But so far so good.

To be honest I was very skeptical about the community, but I had to go see what the second chance program was about. I honestly didn't believe that they could help me, but the agent Gabby definitely made me more comfortable. She made me feel as if I mattered. She just didn't jump into the application process. She took her time to honestly see what matterd to me in my apartment, my price range and more. We even talked about my dog. Overall my experience with leasing staff was great and the apartments was great as well. The grounds could be better, but I'm very happy that my mom and I applied. I will definitely be posting about my time as a resident once I move in

I been living in brooks crossing for a full year and I have no problems at all the apartment inside are a nice size for a full size family. And the stuff in the rent office are really friendly special mrs. Melissa.

Terrible neighborhood and poor management. Police is called every other night and gun shoots fired mostly every weekend. Two people shot recently.
