Brookside Apartments

After a few months of residency, we are so happy that we decided to call the Brookside Apartments home. The Brookside Apartments provide a convenient location by being close to the highway while still maintaining a peaceful environment. Outside of the countless amenities (in-unit laundry, dishwasher, open floor plan, etc.), the Brookside Apartments offer pet friendly housing. If the beautiful and comfortable living spaces aren't enough to convince you, the Brookside Management surely will, as they have been nothing but great in all aspects of community and communication.

The Brookside Apartments are an excellent place to call home. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the amenities are impressive, featuring a small gym, fire pit, grills, basketball courts, picnic tables, and a playground. The community is safe and quiet. The application process is straightforward, enhanced by an online portal for easy rent payments and maintenance requests. Upon move-in, the unit was immaculate, featuring modern design elements like a granite island and stainless steel appliances. The balcony and in-unit laundry are great perks. There’s ample parking, and the well-maintained grounds add to the appeal. Community events, such as visits from an ice cream truck for all residents, foster a strong sense of belonging. With so much to offer, Brookside Apartments is certainly a worthy investment.

The apartments are very nice, well maintained. The staff will work with you with any concerns. Well insulated, in the 4 years I’ve been here I’ve maybe used my heat 3 times. Very quiet! I have absolutely loved living at the Brookside. The property is quiet and well maintained. The units are beautiful and have amazing amenities, including granite countertops, spacious rooms, balconies and even a fire pit outside. I also enjoy the gym, which is quite convenient when I am not running around the scenic area or venturing to the nearby rail trail! The location is also incredibly convenient, 10 minutes from a few groceries stores and downtown Shrewsbury. Highly recommend!!

We've been living at Brookside Apartments for almost two months now, and we're very happy with our decision to move here. The location is super convenient, close to many places we need to go, and we really appreciate the privacy and cleanliness of the complex. It's also a great community with friendly people, making it a comfortable place to call home.

Have lived here for 3+ years and its a great spot. Staff is always friendly and responsive, grounds are well maintained, close to great shopping and restaurants but tucked back enough so you don't get any road noise.

I have lived at Brookside for over 4 years now and am extremely pleased with my decision to have moved here. As an older woman I feel very safe living here. There is limited access to the buildings which makes it secure. I like that the complex is set back from the main road. It's conveniently located and also smoke-free. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are always friendly and responsive to all reports/requests. The apartment has many great amenities to include in-unit washer/dryer, minimal carpeted area, large walk-in shower, its pet friendly and so much more. Every unit is also assigned a separate storage closet and my only complaint is that mine is located in the next building over. It would be ideal to have it in the same building as my apartment. I was told that it was a construction error-they simply didn't plan on the correct number of storage closets as apartments in this building. Overall, this is a great place to reside.

This is by far the best apartment my boyfriend and I have ever lived in. It is beautiful, modern, and very well kept. We love the location and accessibility while still giving us the quiet and safety it provides.

It's a beautiful place nestled into the woods. All staff members are friendly and attentive. The residents who live here are nice. It's quiet and safe. This was a great choice!

This is by far the best apartment I have lived in or seen. The staff are lovely and the amenities both in unit and on the property are great!

The neighborhood is quiet and safe tucked away in some nature. The dog park, green areas, and trail are great for dogs. The apartments themselves are beautiful and provide great space. The common areas and landscape are very well managed. The only downside is how much you can hear everything going on around you in your neighbors’ apartments, especially if they have their own dogs or kids.

The apartments look so beautiful but the there is no soundproofing. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbor does. Living on a top floor does not help. I was so disappointed after moving here because I left my old apartment because it was noisy. This place is worse.

Aside from the facade of new beautiful construction in a quiet area right off the highway, this place is totally bogus. First of all you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls, the halls, the floors. Conversation. Toilets. Rummaging in the fridge. Intimacy. Secondly the place is now overrun by dogs. The common areas STINK. I can't even imagine what the units smell like. "Weight and size restrictions" apparently do not pertain to pit bulls that behave aggressively in the halls. Now there's a DNA poop identification program because of people not picking up after their dogs. Dogs barking when left alone or when you walk by a window or doorway. Hardly classy or tranquil, and hardly worth the astronomical monthly rent to live in a zoo. Don't be fooled.

Not only is the Brookside Apartments, in Boylston, MA., at a great, convenient location, it is immaculate. The builders seem to have a great sense of layout for the units. The management is friendly and also very helpful to new tennants like us. We are happy to be here, can't wait for spring and summer. We're sure the landscape and grounds will compliment the beautiful structure. You have the scenic Wachusett Reservoir about a half mile down the road... Many stores and restaurants nearby...also the post office within minutes. Not to mention...Rt. 290 and Rt. 495 access in minutes. All is good here at the Brookside....happy we made the decision to move here.

The only thing I can say positively about this place is it looks nice on the surface. When you get past the looks you will realize that you can hear everyone and everything happening outside your apartment. Privacy just does not exist here. If thats not bad enough, they don't even give you a bolt lock on your door meaning your apartment is very easy to break into. Its very disappointing considering this place is listed as "Luxury". The rent here is just ridiculous compared to what you get out of the place.

Noisy! Listen to your neighbor talk, toilet flush, every footstep, and intimate moments, and more. Nothing luxurious about this cheaply constructed apartment complex. Find other options, this place is NOT worth the aggravation you’ll have, on many levels.
