Property Ratings at Brookside Downtown
The property management company Real Equity management is impossible to reach. Additionally they charge move out charges. The staff do not tell the entire truth regarding prior damages. Please do not rent from them.
Do not rent from them. They charge for damages that are not legit nor can they back up their claims.
TERRIBLE experience. These people and the manager are awful. Broke into my apartment while I had a friend staying there and called the cops for a squater. Fine you for anything they can make up. Don’t make the same mistake — they are AWFUL.
We have had a great experience at Brookside Downtown. Our daughter's 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment is huge and about as beautiful as you will find in all of CoMo. It is conveniently located across the street from Mizzou. It has high ceilings and great amenities. Being from out-of-state- I really appreciated that it was completely furnished and utilities were included. I am bummed she will not be living here next year - but hope that she will be back at Brookside for grad school!
Overcharge pay like your living in Manhattan NY but it’s Columbia MO , fines for no reason, “high quality furniture” always broken, staff is college students who are not able to help you with any issue so problems always get unsolved
