Everything you love about living in Washington – the coastline, the parks, the shopping – comes together in Lakeland North, a popular suburb bordering Federal Way. Residents can quickly get to several bayside parks, including Saltwater State Park and Dash Point State Park. Shops and restaurants are plentiful, surrounding the nearby Commons at Federal Way Mall and the Outlet Collection.
Ideally located between Tacoma and Seattle, residents of Lakeland North can easily reach both cities via I-5, which extends along the west side of the neighborhood. On the east side of the neighborhood, residents will find the Auburn Municipal Airport, along with a variety of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. During warmer months, residents head to nearby Wild Waves Theme Park, located just 10 minutes from Lakeland North.

Property Ratings at Brookside Village

Property Manager at Brookside Village, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for leaving such a kind review about your experience touring with us, and we're so excited that you'll be back for your application. We look forward to working with you again!
Had issues with neighbors after our first week of living there. They were just super noisy and banged on their ceiling, had excessive amounts of people over all the time. Would steal our paid assigned parking spot. Any time we would complain we would just excuses from the front office. The front office was very lack luster in how they valued new residents compared to already existing residents. Price was great but not worth the trouble. There were multiple incidents from fires, to break ins that were never explained.

Brookside Village is not only an apartment complex, they offer townhouses as well. I very much enjoy living in Brookside Village. Apartments.com was how I found out about my current complex. I am now on apartments.com once again doing some searching. Brookside is now under a new management company. I believe the new name is Griffis Seattle South. I still love this place. It is gated, parking is decent. Covered spots and garages are offered. Unfortunately for me, the rent will be going up because of new management. Other than that it is a wonderful place to be. There is a sense of comfort and security that is hard to come by when you are apartment living. This place has been able to provide that.
