Nice apartments with plenty of parking! Thats a rarity these days. Only two options for renting, either a year lease or month to month. Both the price will not change for a year (don't know what the person bellow is talking about).

Great Location
This apartment is in a great location! Located directly in the middle of the cities of Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, and Westminster, California.

Lazy lazy lazy manager. Don't bother asking for anything because you will not be heard.
Your rent WILL go up every 90 days by kore than 8%. And when you ask if this is legal. Yes it is.

Great location
Great apartment, new granite counter tops in kitchen and bathroom, very secure, wonderful manager, reasonable rent. Very happy here.
