DO NOT MOVE THERE
No, the property IS NOT EXCELLENT! The property is not maintained properly. Everything is done on a shoestring budget and they are asking too much! They hire help to maintain the lawn is not done the proper way. Landscaping… nothing but weeds. Snow removal is a joke. The hallways smell like an ash tray. I feel sorry for the non smokers. If you are renting and you complain to the office, they just say, “The smokers are homeowners and there is nothing we can do about it “ Electrical outlets do not work. Everything is outdated and management is working in a penny budget !! They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! Good luck…. I feel sorry for the homeowners that live there. It’s not worth it.
