BV Apartmetns
I LOVE IT! I moved in while they had a terrific rent special and Lisa made an offer I couldn't refuse. the space of the apartments are great! Closets huge and great storage room that's convenient for me. Neighbors are friendly and really feels like home at the BV. I give this complex a 5 star :-)

Great place to live.
My girlfriend and i have lived at brookview for 10 momths now. Its a clean well kept up property. Our apartment is spacious and clean! We are both very happy here. The management here is great. Anytime we have had any questions about anything Lisa is very good about getting back to us right away.

Great Apartment Option
I have lived here for about two months now and have not had a complaint yet. The apartments are nice, updated, clean, and spacious for the price, and the large balconies are a great amenity. I have not had a maintenance problem or anything at all yet. It is quiet most of the time and a nice place to live. The management is super friendly and accommodating. Would recommend friends/family to choose this apartment complex.

Great Place to live
I have lived for over two years and have never had a complaint or issue. The apartments are well maintained. When there is a maintenance issue they take care if it right away. For apartment living the insulation between walls is great. Not saying you cant hear your neighbors at some point but it is very minimal. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The central location is great and there is a bus stop right at the beginning of the entrance. I would highly recommend the Brookview apartments if you are searching for a place to live.

Nicely updated
Clean, updated and well maintained apartments. Quiet atmosphere and love all of the surrounding trees. I have lived in the Brookview apartments for a year now. My lease is coming up and I will absolutely be signing for another year. The office manager and maintenance guy are friendly and prompt whenever there is an issue. I highly recommend living here.

Brookview
Things falling apart . Rent to high for the poor shape of the apartment. Maintanance of the complex is lacking. Washer and dryers not functioning. Apartment managment very shotty. Rent is definatley to high and keeps rising. Complex to eager to fill vacancies they let anyone live here.At first I was recommending People to move in now I reccommend they either don't move in or move out.
