Perfect place
I am allergic and hence I cannot live in carpeted floors. Brookview Commons offers hardwood floors which are perfect for me.

Would never recommend!
The management is horrible. It takes weeks for even an urgent request to be processed. I had to reach out to the management numerous times to follow up on maintenance requests. The management doesn't even answer phone calls and when they do, they are rude. The laundry rooms stink, washing machines rusted and maintenance disappointing. Some of my clothes were damaged by the dryer. On top of it, they charged a hefty amount for 'cleaning' the apartment at the end of my lease even though I cleaned every single thing in the apartment before leaving. They charged me for the 'apartment cleaning' both at the beginning and end of the lease.

We regret that this individual would care to identify themselves, we will be happy to review any problems they may have experienced and try to resolve any discrepancies found.

Very Unprofessional
My husband and I contacted this apartment building about renting an apartment for 3 months. In the description, it says they offer a 3 month lease as a minimum but we were told by the leasing agent that they don't usually do less than a year lease. The leasing agent then told us that she would call us back to let us know if the lease could be changed, and never did. Extremely unprofessional of them, and they're lying in the description on this website about lease length.

Advertising indicated a limited number of short term leases available. One year leases are typical at the property, and fewer rentals are short term. At the particular moment this prospect contacted our offer, all short term units were filled. We regret that we were unable to meet this prospect's needs at that particular time.

Good afternoon, please accept our apologies that this listing got out of date, however there are only so many three month slots available in the building at any given time, and currently all are taken. We are having our marketing department coordinate with Apts.com to ensure more timely updates. Unfortunately, upon our review, we also found that the listing referred to moving in February (which was when there were last 3 month slots). We hope that you were able to find the accommodations you were seeking.

Brookview commons
These are perfect six for me and my boyfriend as were are first time renters. They came fully furnished and it was one of the few places around that took animals.

Brookview Commons
For the most part, I enjoy living here and the best part is I recieved two free months of rent. They also allowed me to have my two dogs, which its hard to find an apartment that allows dogs. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning unit has broken twice, even though we had maintenance come and fix it. Also the entry is a key card so if you close the door and forget your key card, it locks automatically and you will be charged a lock out fee.
