Property Ratings at Brookview
I applied for a place Nov. 2023 and my paperwork all came back in 3 days. I was told by the manager she was running my references. Well needless to say I went there a week later and they still weren't done. Her claim was she was too busy. To make a long story short, I had at that point nowhere to live and I told her. Instead of speeding up the process of getting the paperwork done and the place in order she took me to a Mission to stay. It was a very weird experience which I saw was due to her being too busy in the tenants personal business instead of taking care of the apt complex and getting her work done. I asked her was anything ready on January 8th and she stated no so here we are now going on 2 months waiting. Very nice lady but her priorities are in the wrong place. Good luck getting people to move in I ended up back to the state I left because this was too much to deal with on top of what I had been through. I'm 65 years old and was told over and over stories that never happened to get a place for me to live. She claimed it was All because of money. That apparently I couldn't understand how money had anything to do with getting an apt ready for an elderly person. She's sweet but don't know how Important it is to be in a position of NEED
