This place has been through more management then any other apartment complex I have lived. The are very slow at getting to day to day repairs for residents that have been here a long time. They do quick fix on apartments to get people in her fast but never take the time to actually see what is wrong. The new managers door is closed most days good luck trying to put money on your laundry card because you can never get her to open the door. Mold, roaches and mice are everywhere. Kids are constantly vandalizing vehicles and apartments.

Great Management and Staff
This place has gone through its fair share of managers in the past 5 or 6 years but we finally have an amazing one! Shantelle always listens to your problems and makes sure you feel comfortable in your apartment and the office as well. I always feel at home in the office! Randy is a great maintenance guy and is very likeable! They always have an amazing attitude as well. They are always doing fun activities as well as the property is always well maintained! Shantelle and the staff are the only ones who ever stayed passed closing time if the residents are in need. Great people and great place to live!

Excellent place to live.
If you like a quiet and safe place to live, this is the place for you. I lived in Carthage, MO. for several years before moving to Owasso, and the Complex had parties every Saturday night. If you wanted to take a nap, it was almost impossible. The cops arrived at 10:30 every Saturday night and made life miserable. I have lived here for six years and can feel secure the cops aren't going to disturb peace. Likewise, no crime exists in this complex.

My apartment is nothing special but it has everything I need to be content. Very quiet and they respect your privacy.
