Broussard, Youngsville, and Scott are small cities on the outskirts of Lafayette.

Property Ratings at Brookwood (Patriot Point of Lafayette)
After a month of waiting, I asked for my deposit back. It’s a very long, mentally draining process. Just be prepared to wait with few updates and lots of confusion.
The landlord is very unprofessional she does not show up to work, last time there was a power outage she was not here for a month and did not answer calls if the call went through she would decline the call. She also has a habit of opening peoples apartment doors early in the morning instead of knocking, she’s very unprofessional. Does not stay up to date with rent or anything does not fix any utilities stay away from this apartment and the landlord she is terrible does not answer calls or anything very unprofessional and do not recommend
I'm enjoying living here its very quiet and lots of space .its clean and the staff is so sweet I love them miss Jamie and Mr.ed is awesome, come and rent with them you'll love it here
