Property Ratings at Brownsville Sun Colony Apartments
After a year of living here, the experience has been great. Management is great, pool is always available, neighbors are friendly & they’re working on the fitness center already, which is a great add on. The only thing I can say is I wish more washer and dryers worked, but aside from that, the community is great and location is amazing.
Our downstairs apt flooded completely lost a lot of furniture. Even our cars had so much damage from the all the flooding. We had no choice but to move out mid lease due to all the maintenance work needed to be done…
My wife and I moved in a couple months ago and are still here. I couldn’t be safer and happier with the move in. Nice apartment in and out with calm breeze and HEB across the street. The people around are nice. The trees make it feel relaxing. Nice gym and pool as well. 100% awesome
My wife, child and I just moved here. We love it. We would drive by here on our way to work and decided to stop in. We got more than we expected. I work at a furniture company and we were happy to finally call it our home and furnish it however we want. We applied a few months ago while they go our apartment ready and it is more than we expected. Our home is so nice and everything is new. We like the people who work here and the people form the office take care of us and we feel appreciated. They delivered gifts for all the tenants for Thanksgiving..honestly who does that? We love it here!!!
My husband and I moved here 6 months ago. We love the location. We have the grocery store and restaurants close by. The office staff at Sun Colony is by far the most organized. The leasing office send us a newsletter every month to inform us on the monthly services provided, activities and anything going on here at the complex. We live in one of the newly remodeled apartments and I love walking into my home everyday. Everything is new, clean and nice.
These apartments are beautiful. My family and I just moved in. Everything in the apartment is new, we have the most beautiful flooring, we have new appliances and we are near everything. Love it!
