Property Ratings at Broxton Bay Apartments
The company has went through 5 different managements in the span of a year since I was staying there and there is always miscommunication between leasing consultants and residents. After leaving and packing up everything and turning in the key’s properly I still was not able to get my security deposit and was charged more money for days after I had already terminated my lease and paid my last months rent.
Staff is horrible been waiting to hear back from corporate since January its March due to an issue with me and my child being stuck in a cold apartment (heat wasn't working) the front office was not the friendliest in the situation!
Very safe, clean & friendly community! Amazing staff and beautiful amenities! Love being able to call Broxton Bay home!
What a great apartment complex this is? The grounds are clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful large lake/pond that you can walk along. The amenities are great. The pool area is amazing with grills and a fireplace. There is a game room area and a nice gym. Much nicer than what I’ve seen at other apartment complexes. Also, the staff is friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I have a two bedroom apartment and it’s spacious and the kitchen is amazing with a full island. I highly recommend Broxton Bay.
So not sign a lease because what they show you is not what you get. As soon as you sign the lease and move in you’ll regret it. From the homeless people coming in and out to the random people driving through, it’s not secure. People selling drugs out of their apartment. Guns being left on top of cars. Paper thin walls you can hear your neighbors talk and walk. Dog poop not being picked up. Dogs being off leashes. They don’t care and will not help you if somethings wrong
I just finished my 1 year lease. After being promised a lot of community amenities such as shared bikes, none of them ever came true. My car was broken into. The property manager was notified and said that they were going to put in security cameras and never did. Then 5 more cars got broken into, and still no security cameras.. After we turned in our keys we got a call saying they ‘detected’ a pet odor so they ripped out the carpet and called saying they would be charging us $600-$800 to replace it. Big scam. Very unfriendly staff. Horrible property manager. Do NOT move here.
Broxton Bay Apartments is an amazing place to live. The staff is extremely professional, organized, and welcoming. The neighborhood is always clean and there are plenty of activities for residents. This is the perfect place for working professionals as it's quiet and conveniently located to EVERYTHING.
Been living here for about a year and my experience has been positive so far. Friendly staff, safe neighborhood, beautiful pool and amenities, good location and the apartments are really nice. I like the 24/7 gym and the free coffee amount other things. It doesn't disappoint. I'm staying another year.
My experience has been the best in 15 years renting . Complex is clean, safe and they are always improving not only the facilities but also resident's experiences. You wont regret to pick this place. This is not the cheapest you will find but it worth it!. Save time and problems. As a mother I look for every detail and I strongly recommend Broxton Bay Apartments. This is my second lease renewal.
This is the best location ever! I can walk to shop! The apartments are brand new and everyone is so nice and always smiling. I love that we are tucked away but can easily get anywhere in the city fast.
Broxton is the best place I have ever lived!! Everyone is so nice, the pool area is gorgeous, there is a large grill area even a place to have an outdoor fire!! There is even a walkway to River city Marketplace!! I go shopping all the time!! And the apartments are just amazing, so much space, everything new and amazing floor plans!! You must come here to live!! I am never moving!!
We love this place!!! This place is beautiful!!! We just moved here, and only have great things to say about Broxton Bay! The staff (Curt, Natasha, and Mariah) are amazing, to include our maintenance guy, Mike. They are so helpful and very nice! Great place to live and recommend to anyone!
