Property Ratings at Bryce De Moray
Can’t say enough about the entire staff. It isn’t noisy, there aren’t any shenanigans going on, and our neighbors are polite and easy to live with! Things are fixed ASAP and we really like our one bedroom much more than our previous place. All we have to pay is our power and internet. Can’t beat it! Someone recommended it to us, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who asked!
We've lived here for quite a while and can honestly say the changes through time have been for the better and seemingly with the resident's well-being (and ease) foremost in mind. The staff is very personable and efficient and the location is great: near schools, stores, banks and a highway that'll connect you to anywhere in the country. Maintenance is professional and timely when necessary. Really can't beat Bryce if you're looking for short or long term housing, you might be thinking the former and end up roosting like the latter. You could do much worse, we very much like it here.
The neighbors around me are great and respectful. The management is incomparable. The community is very clean and issues are addressed promptly. Love it here.
We lived a year (2015-2016) at Bryce and can attest to a great group of management and maintenance staff. Friendly, helpful, and speedy with all work ordered and completed. Friendly neighbors in area. Convenient location and a short distance to great restaurants, Barnes & Nobles Book store, St. Mary's Medical Center, grocery stores and other shopping area.
We moved into Bryce de Moray in Nov. 2015. We have had the best experience with the staff here. If we need something taken care of in the apartment, they issue a work order right away. The staff is genuine and friendly every time we speak, and they also do an amazing job keeping the grounds, landscape and grass looking nice! The pool and fitness room are a great bonus to the already great apartment. We are also very close to any type of shopping or store one might look for. It's quite a hidden gem on Evansville's east side! I will recommend Bryce de Moray apartments to anyone who is looking for a clean and spacious place to call home.
