Property Ratings at Brynfield Apartments
A great property in a great location. In walking distance to fantastic restaurants and the regional rail line. The property mgr is very responsive and has issues or concerns addressed very quickly. The maintenance people are very friendly if you should ever need them. I am very glad I chose this property 5 years ago.
Great location, close to public transportation, older building with exposed brick wall, most rooms nice size except tiny kitchens, one vintage bathroom, hardwood floors in main living area, bedrooms carpeted, some pets allowed, and no outdoor space available. Basement laundry. Maintenance has improved.
