This is a peaceful, well cared for property. The management and maintenance teams are very responsive to any concerns that arise. I enjoy living here.

Buccaneer Trace is perfectly located between downtown Savannah and the beach, but is also in close proximity to State Parks and other outdoor recreational activities. The community is beatific and lends itself to pleasant walk and biking and it is safe to do at any time. The staff is professional, friendly , and courteous. A wonderful place to live.

Very quite, and laid back environment, the staff and management do the best they're able to keep residents satisfied with everyday living.

This has been a quality residence at an exceptionally good location in Savannah with rent little more than average for Savannah as a whole.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood makes living at the Buccaneer Trace more like a home than apartment living.

The only positive thing I can say is that the location is nice and safe. It’s close to grocery stores and other convenient establishments but management is beyond inadequate. I truly detest having to deal with management or maintenance in any context.

If you want to smoke weed or cigarettes in your apartment and trash it however you want with no repercussions then this is the place for you, as long as you don’t store anything in the cubby underneath the stairs outside of your front door for “fire” safety reasons or dont have anything that goes past your small back porch you will never be bothered by management! As long as it looks good outside of your apartment they don’t care what the inside looks like. If you’re a good tenant and keep your apartment clean and tidy you be constantly asked if the office can use your apartment for walk throughs when higher management comes to look around while your at work. If you have concerns during lunch time don’t bother calling or going to the office because it’s locked and nobody’s in there for 1-2 hours since everyone goes to lunch at the same time. If someone who doesn’t live in the community comes walking around your vehicles or even your apartment multiple times a week for months straight don’t bother calling the office because they’ll tell you to call the police and handle it yourself.

I love living at Buccaneer Trace Apartments. It's in a beautiful setting on Wilmington Island and it's a quiet atmosphere to live in which is comforting. I also feel very secure living at the apartments.

Buccaneer Trace is a gem on Wilmington Island. The apartments are charming and in good condition. Its location is one of the best you will find on the islands, being only 15 minutes to Tybee or 15 minutes to downtown Savannah. The property itself is a natural slice of coastal paradise, dotted with mature oaks and pines, tropical vegetation, and home to many birds. I feel at peace just stepping out onto my patio. The community is quiet, clean, and friendly. The staff is polite and welcoming to residents and visitors alike, willing to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort and safety.

I would glide to give a shout out to the staff!! Everyone is amazing, been here for so long, which gives you the sense of a real community of people who care!

The location is perfect, the area is pretty and quiet. It is safe, walkable, has nearby bike trails. An excellent choice!

I've been here for ten years. I love it here. The staff is very friendly and the other residents are very friendly also. The only thing I don't like is the rent, but I'm sure it is comparable with other apartments in the area. The apartments for the new residents are updated with new features.

Buccaneer Trace is a beautiful and safe place for families. The staff is pleasant and professional. It is close to the beach for beach goers and many state parks for nature enthusiasts. There are scenic walking and biking trails.

Their service is amazing, every one of the members in the office works hard, diligently, and professionally to complete any if not all work needed when anything if anything happens which is rare in my apartment. Very Nice People!!

I just moved in so I've only been here a month now. My move-in experience was awesome and there were no issues. The staff were very friendly and timely. I definitely appreciate that coming from a large city! I am happy with the choice I've made in moving here, but again, I've only been here a month and I can only speak to the length of time in terms of my specific stay. Thank you.

I love living here. It is in a good location and I receive help when needed by the staff at Buccaneer Trace as there are several issues I have with living arrangement. The campus is lovely .

I only have four weeks of experience living here so I would rather wait a few months before providing a review more the few comments I have already given.

The first few years were fine, it was quiet and nice. Then it got worse. The neighbors were loud, smoking, fighting, guns being pulled, management would barely do anything.

Buccaneer Trace offers the quiet comfort of island and southern lifestyle. It is close to a wide selection of grocery stores. Just a few minutes from the mall and historic downtown Savannah.

Wish wed moved here sooner! Having been on the island for four years now, moving here first would have saved a lot of headaches.

I'm very happy with this apartment complex. The apartment is very clean and has really nice features, the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the community feels very safe, the rent price is decent, and there are nice community features (such as a pool, on-site laundry, gym, etc.). The only bad thing I've experienced is the smell of the dumpster. It can get so bad (in the summer at least) that you want to gag even 100 ft. away. Overall, I'd recommend itit has pretty much everything I was looking for.

Buccaneer Trace has proven to have an exceptional maintenance team. However, I do not like the fact that our amenities are not competitive with the surrounding communities. I feel as if I am in a safe area and the complex does a good job of making you feel comfortable. Other than that, there's not much that they offer. Rent is higher than most of the other complexes, but offer less in return. Overall, I am comfortable where I live and my neighbors have been great. I do feel as if there is room for improvement. Saying "We are in a good area" can only get you so far. I want more for the money... But I am cheap, so take it with a grain of salt.

It is a good place to live. The apartments are located in a beautiful area and there are special amenities you would enjoy. There is a workout room and a pool for your enjoyment.

I have loved living here from day one! Mrs. Laura and Mrs. Janice have always been pleasant, friendly and promote prompt in responding to every need and/or request! Maintenance is equally friendly and responsive to needs! It's a pleasure living in this warm community!!!
