Overall I would give 3.5 here. The only exceptional part of this apartment is the maintenance staffs. they are always trying to help you and resolve issue on time. However there is a fly problem during the summer. It's not livable condition. I asked my friends but seems like this apartment has the worst condition for flies. Also, I dont think the rent is cheaper given the condition so I would recommend to look for better conditioned apartment at the same price

Love the location of the apartments with easy access to the off leash dog park, shopping, food, and groceries!! Staff is super nice and does listen to feedback. They are always more than happy to help fix what they can.

Quiet for the most part but excellent location to live for convenience. I do think the windows could use a monthly clearing along with the hallway carpet. Bathrooms could be updated.

Buckhead 960 is a beautiful place to stay, very safe and the leasing office is very friendly and always helpful to us. I like it here, I have renewed my lease because I feel safe to stay at Buckhead 960. One thing I don’t like it’s the dog poo that is all over the place, they are trying to clean but people still don’t take care of the or dogs dirty.

My first week here was a bit bumpy, not terrible though. The staff is very polite and respectful. The bump I had was I moved from out of state and I didn't know my new apartment was going to be adjacent to a community space that was under remodeling. Being I work from home, it would had been important for me to know this, in advance, in which case I would have chosen a different apartment. However, the staff is kind and polite. So, I am very confident that they along with the property management company will work something out for me, soon, so I can feel more ease and peace of mind. I am waiting and hope to have the matter resolved soon, so I can swap apartments before the Thanksgiving holiday so I can enjoy my holiday without any additional stress. Jared in particular stood out to me because his politeness made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared about. So, a very special thank you to Jared.

I have been living in this apartment for sometime and I couldn’t be happier. The community is friendly, and management is always quick to address any concerns. The gym is well-maintained, and the pool is a great place to relax.

I applied here and they did not approve me which is not the issue. Everything happens for a reason. My issue is that they took the deposit from me upfront at the time the application was turned in. They don't accept it any other way and come to find out most places do not take a deposit until move in they just take the application fee. I didn't know that moving from Florida it's different. After they denied our application they told us we would receive a check in the mail for the deposit in 2 weeks. It has now been over a month no check. They told me a check was ready today, I confirmed with them their hours of operation, I left work early to be there a half an hour before closing, and all of the doors are locked and the office is closed. My next step is to call my attorney to simply get my $225 back. Which is not a lot of money but honestly I don't care if it was $5 they owed me it is the principal and this is a business that does bad business and has no integrity. So I warn anyone applying here to beware of bad business.

Lived in a few apartment complexes in the area and this is by far the best one. The Leasing office team are great and keep you informed of anything going on. Apartments are cery well maintained and spacious. Walking distance to everything you need, Marta, Malls, Publix, Target. Also downtown/midtown midtown are 15 mins away.

I’ve had an overall positive experience living at Buckhead 960. The location is pretty great, with it being so close to several shopping areas and centrally located. I’d say the only downside I have with the location is that I can often hear the train go by throughout the day. It’s a con I’m willing to live with though. The amenities here are great. The complex is well maintained and the apartment has good, upgraded appliances.

Going on year 2 of living here. I truly appreciate the promptness of the management team. I used to always give 5 stars but am giving 4 now because the community and surrounding area itself has started to have more issues; however, this is not the company’s fault.

It is a lovely experience to be living here. All the amenities are really good and the staff is very polite and they respond to emails very quickly

Lived in alot of apartment complexes and this is by far the best one. Leasing office are great. Apartments are well maintained and spacious. Close to everything you need, Marta, Malls, Publix, Target.
The application process was seamless and the leasing staff were so helpful and accommodating! I love my unit. It’s the perfect size and larger than most studios. It’s also great to be so close to target and Publix! Just an 8 minute walk away for groceries.
Lived here for almost 2 years and have no complaints thus far. Nice community in a centralized location. Friendly staff and responsive maintenance team.
Great location, close to amenities, grocery stores, etc. Maintenance works fast and takes care of issues promptly. It is very noisy as the property is close to MARTA and several roads.
It’s been great living here. Particularly a fan of the amenities. Staff is quite responsive to requests. Close proximity to most things you’ll need—food, shopping, etc
Great so far, everyone has been extremely helpful. I was very concerned about the move in process but everyone in the leasing office made it extremely easy

From the moment we looked at 960, the staff has been amazing. We’ve been living here for about 2 months now and have had zero issues. Everyone is friendly, the space is clean, couldn’t ask for anything better!
So far, I have had a pleasant experience living here. The walls are thick so I don't hear my neighbors. They have a few nice amenities like the gym and cafe. The staff are super nice and helpful. Great location, not many cars drive by, so not very noisey. Right next to the Marta, which is very convienent. Haven't had any problems with pests either. Not really much negatives to say, except I find the hallways smell a little funky, especially by the gym. The elevators also run a little slow but they are having an upgrade sometime this month (April 2024)
It’s really nice community! The leasing teams are really helpful and friendly. The location is convenient as well specially you you need public transportation!
The staff is extremely awesome. Everyone is very Professional and it is a very clean environment. The neighborhood is great. Been here 3 years.
The Team always answer quickly when an emergency happens. The residents activities make the difference. Commun areas always clean. The fitness center and my chocolate at night made my day after work. Also, I can't wait for the pool in summer.

The best location, hidden away, yet right in the middle of the hustle and speed of Buckhead. Easy walk to every need, restaurant , groceries, health care, dental, pharmacies , shopping for every member of family and household. I personally love the walking paths. Great community livable …..
I have lived at Buckhead for about a year and a half and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The office staff is super friendly, and the maintenance staff is beyond responsive! I also enjoy that there are plenty of activities that are put on by management.
Like the area and the staff. Even though this is the oldest complex in the neighborhood it offers larger living space which can be important to some.
The location is great. Amenities are super nice. Floor plans are well-designed and spacious. Cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms need some care.
Everyone has been really nice and helpful since I’ve moved in. Any questions I’ve had the leasing office has been quick to respond. Loving it so far :)
I moved here for the shorter commute to my office in Sandy Springs. But I got so much more out of it: 1. Location and community: proximity to many things but also in a quiet neighborhood. Great for people who loves to walk. People here I’ve encountered are very nice and friendly. I’ve met friends who helped me since I’m from NY 2. Maintenance and management are very responsive and quick and generous ie. they don’t charge you for fixing stuff. Even the water filter is changed for free. Thanks for the memories!! Would highly recommend anyone in the ATL area would look into 960 Buckhead!
