The staff in the leasing office are very helpful and professional. They tried to find/adjust best option for us. The complex is one of the best apartments in the area in most aspects.
I’ll start by saying that everything up until recently has gone smoothly and we love all the amenities, the apartment is clean and all the appliances are new etc. However the parking situation is handled poorly by their staff and their ownership. Me and my girlfriend were shopping for apartments one of the things we really wanted was a covered garage for the harsh winters, their leasing agent had informed us that they offered two spaces for 60 a month for uncovered parking or 100 a month for covered parking. Mind you, it was the beginning of summer so we thought why not wait until closer to winter to switch to covered parking; we asked the leasing agent if that was doable and she had promised it would be no problem. Little did we know we would never see that rate again as we went to notify them that we wanted to switch to covered parking we were then informed that they had double the rate and now it was 100 per parking spot, 200 a month for both of us. Their ownership doubled the rate in four months. When asked why they said the right when we signed up was a “special rate” and that they would not honor what they promised. They then said if I had the promise in writing they would make an exception, lesson learned I guess. 2 stars due to this poorly handled situation.
The amenities are amazing! This location is the definition of a luxury apartment. I visited a few other 'luxury' apartments but none were quite like this one.
The apartments are small but amenities and location are great. In the end, it compensated.

it have a resort style atmosphere and the staff is amazing
Good for my work location, overpriced compared to the area/space/amenities
I love living here! It’s so modern and everyone is so nice! I love the balcony on the Fourth of July ! I saw all the neighboring fireworks! I love the park and dog park an basketball court! A mix of older and younger tenants is the nicest part . I love the actual apartment , the closet space was more than in my home . I feel blessed to have been able to stay here . I am a local of Des Plaines so this new apartment building is just what we needed. The pool is so relaxing with the outdoor grills and sitting area is so perfect !! A little pricey but so worth it!!

There is nothing wrong with anything here. The staff is absolutely amazing as well as other tenants in the building. I love all the amenities in the building. And can't wait until were able to use everything again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Office staff is great, and new lease offers are great deals also.
Overall really like it here...been a lot of noisey parties late at night it seems lately, but generally it is safe and clean.
I would definitely recommend living here. One thing I wish we had access to are bike racks in the garage, since we don't currently have anywhere to put our bikes in our apartment and there are many places in Mt Prospect that we can bike to.
One big drawback is how hard it is to walk into downtown Des Plaines. This makes new apartment complexes of comparable price and amenities located within downtown Des Plaines a bit more desirable.
the switch over to Lincoln was handled poorly. while its kind of hard to do at this point, I think there have been few community events since changeover. also, you signed up for this resident rewards. the reviews of that company online are not positive. particularly their app or actually NON app. Right now Lincoln is in a 'show me' phase with me.
The parking issue is a major concern. We park in the garage. It's filthy and some residents race through endangering everyone. The common areas need to be cleaned better.
